Pros:

Funktionelles Hotel fast in der City. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Parkplätze am Haus, kosten nichts.
Service: Nette Leute, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Am Frühstück war eine Wurstsorte schlecht. Passiert mal, aber kann eigentlich nicht sein.
Die Kaffeemaschine steht auf einer Holz Spanplatte, mit Spax zusammen geschraubt. Ohne Abdeckung. Kein Problem eigentlich, würde ich so aber nicht erwarten.
Das Ganze ist zwar irgendwie ok, aber alt und abgewohnt. Der zarte Charme der 60er Jahre. Partiell wird renoviert. Der Boden wurde im Zimmer erneuert, das waren aber Grobmotoriker, keine Randleisten an den Möbeln.
Dusche in der Badewanne, letztlich aber sehr unbequem.
Nachfrage tel wg eines vergessenen Ladegeräts wurde harsch abgebügelt, man sei doch keine Telefonzentrale. Ladegerät ist natürlich weg.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.

Ideaal voor een verblijf, rustig gelegen met uitzicht, toch centrum makkelijk bereikbaar.
Pros:

Het viel op hoe schoon het hotel is. Kregen meteen een upgrade kamer. Erg schoon en comfortabele bedden. Avonddiner ook zeer goed, en tevens erg goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Het is wellicht minder toegankelijk voor minder validen.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit ein paar Abstrichen, aber wir waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich nah am Zentrum von Seefeld, das fussläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar ist, genau wie der nächste Supermarkt. Sehr schöne Innenstadt, sehr schönes Wandergebiet, herrliche Natur. Ausreichend gutes Frühstücksbuffet, teilrenovierte Zimmer mit viel Holz.

Cons:

Die Betten waren uns viel zu weich, die Zimmer sind nur teilrenoviert (neue Dusche in altem Bad, neuer Holzboden, neue Möbel). Das Bad bräuchte allerdings eine komplette Sanierung (Badtür totalverzogen, schließt nur schwer, Handtuchhalter nur halb und wackelt, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, verkratztes Waschbecken, schiefe Klobrille, extrem rutschige Duschwanne). Das Personal (hauptsächlich aus Osteuropa) wäre uns nicht als besonders freundlich aufgefallen. Seefeld ist eine ziemlich teure Urlaubsregion.
