PHENOMENAL location and a beautiful, historic building! Staff was incredibly friendly and walking distance to both La Alhambra and Sacromonte (all uphill though, so be ready!)

No shower door, so water would get onto bathroom floor very easily and soak any floor towel
A pesar de los inconvenientes descritos con la habitación, especialmente la falta de aire acondicionado y las condiciones de calor y humedad, queremos destacar que el establecimiento, en términos generales, fue una de las mejores opciones que encontramos durante nuestro viaje. Asimismo, el trato recibido por parte del personal fue excepcional en todo momento, mostrando amabilidad, profesionalismo y disposición para ayudar.
Precisamente por la buena impresión que nos dejó el lugar y su equipo, consideramos importante señalar esta situación, ya que las condiciones de la habitación asignada no estuvieron a la altura de lo que habíamos reservado y esperado.
Despite the issues we experienced with the room, particularly the lack of air conditioning and the excessive heat and humidity, we would like to emphasize that the property itself was one of the best places we stayed during our trip. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was exceptional throughout our stay, and they were always friendly, professional, and willing to help.
Precisely because we had such a positive overall impression of the property and its team, we believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention, as the room assigned to us did not meet the standards or amenities that we had specifically booked and expected.
La habitación asignada no contaba con aire acondicionado, a pesar de que pagamos específicamente por una habitación con ese servicio. Las condiciones dentro del cuarto eran inaceptables, con un calor y una humedad insoportables que hicieron muy difícil nuestra estancia.
Además, no podíamos dejar la ventana abierta para ventilar la habitación debido a un evidente problema de seguridad, ya que se encuentra en la planta baja y no dispone de rejas ni de ninguna otra medida de protección adecuada.
Consideramos que el alojamiento no cumplió con las condiciones anunciadas ni con los servicios por los que pagamos.
The room assigned to us did not have air conditioning, despite the fact that we specifically paid for a room that included this amenity. The conditions inside the room were unacceptable, with excessive heat and humidity that made our stay extremely uncomfortable.
Furthermore, we were unable to leave the window open to ventilate the room due to a clear security concern. The room is located on the ground floor and the window has neither security bars nor any other adequate protective measures in place.
We believe that the accommodation failed to provide the services and conditions that were advertised and paid for. As a result, the room did not meet the reasonable expectations associated with our booking.

Locatie was zeer goed en schone kamers.
Eerst een kamer gekregen met een trap omhoog naar de badkamer met toilet. Raam wat er in zat
Had geen uitzicht. Hier over gereclameerd en de dag daarna een andere kamer gekregen, deze was prima. Matras was ook aan vervanging toe!
La tranquilidad, el sitio y la amabilidad
If you are looking for an "authentic" Moorish slice of Granada, this is your place. Just off one of the principal streets in the Albaicin and a relatively short but steep cab ride or walk to the Alhambra. The Cathedral was also an easy walk. Staff were courteous and rooms were clean.
A bit of miscommunication between us and the front desk during our stay but the issue was quickly resolved.
Everything! Exceptionally beautiful, attentive service and delicious, plentiful breakfast. Great location in quiet setting, incredible views of the Alhambra and short walk to nightlife.
The only complaint was they said the taxi would arrive in 5 minutes and it never arrived. They were slow in calling another taxi and we were late for our tour of the Alhambra. The next morning we took a taxi to the train station and they followed up with a second call and it took 20 minutes to arrive. So they did their due diligence. Now we know.
Le cadre exceptionnel avec vue sur L’Alhambra. Hôtel très typique au coeur de notre quartier préféré. Magnifique décoration et ambiance. J’ai adoré les patios, la petite salle voûtée du petit déjeuner et l’accueil discret mais chaleureux.

The hotel building and garden was very nice. The room was clean. But room No3 is on the ground floor with only one small window to the inside.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. This gorgeous hotel, set in this magical town has been an amazing part of our trip.
