Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst, personeel super vriendelijk en zouden de benen van onder het lijf lopen om u te helpen, super mooie kamer en zeer goede douche, avondeten heel lekker en super goed ontbijt. Ideale ligging.. dichtbij Petra en toch rustig gelegen.

What an amazing hotel and a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated with exceptional hospitality. The room was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. You can really tell that they care about their guests and go the extra mile to make your stay special. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of choices.

The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and welcoming, and everything was perfectly taken care of. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and felt right at home.

Excellent hôtel, great staff, would totally recommend.
Pros:

Both breakfast and location were great. The staff made us feel very welcomed and the dinner was excellent. We had an issue with hot water which was resolved immediately — the staff is very reactive.

Friendly staff great views
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Beautiful views of Wadi Rum and Petra in the distance. We were unable to get a taxi and the manager drove us around. And the kitchen had a different dinner every night for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.
