A nice relaxing stay
Pros:

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, easy check-in and check-out, respect of privacy, comfortable, temperature-regulated rooms, the hot tub was a very nice addition, very nice view of the entire town, comfortable furniture

Cons:

Very poor Wi-Fi signal in the room (had to use own mobile hotspot), "clicking" sound in the room which interfered with our sleep (we figured it were the lights cooling down above the bed), people driving quads and dirt bikes after 22:00 (even at 1 in the morning) on the main streets below, which was heard even with windows and doors closed, somewhat thin walls (you could clearly hear what went on in the neighbouring room), very limited parking spaces in front of the building (guests who were unlucky enough to get one had to park on a very steep slope)

La Spa è bellissima. Il silenzio nei dintorni. La pulizia ed il profumo delle camere. L'idromassaggio in camera. La colazione e la cena sono fantastiche!!

10/10 – Skvělý pobyt, určitě doporučujeme

Strávili jsme zde jenom jednu noc a byli jsme opravdu nadšení. Apartmán byl krásný, moderně vybavený, prostorný a perfektně čistý. Velkým zážitkem byla vířivka přímo na pokoji, kterou jsme si naplno užili.

Snídaně byla výborná, s bohatým výběrem a kvalitními surovinami. Velmi příjemné bylo také hotelové wellness, které bylo čisté a skvěle udržované.

Největší dojem na nás ale udělal výhled z balkonu na večerní Krapinske Toplice – opravdu nádherná atmosféra.

Personál byl milý a ochotný, vše proběhlo bez jediného problému. Pokud budeme mít cestu kolem, určitě se sem rádi vrátíme.
