Pros:

I love the amenities, including the layout of the hotel. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Can't really say there was something I didn't like about the hotel. Checking in took a little long but after the staff had explained to me that they were dealing with a fire alarm situation.I understood.

Bardzo dobry hotel ze świetną lokalizacją i obsługą.
Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna. Otoczenie ładne i obsługa super. Hotel przygotował się na wizytę naszego pupila i przygotował mały upominek dla niego. To mała rzecz, ale zapadła nam w pamięci.

Cons:

Pokój w starej części hotelu był czysty i zadbany, ale stwierdziliśmy, że jest już trochę leciwy i przydałaby mu się lekka modernizacja.

Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku. Jestem alergikiem i w pokoju delikatnie odczuwałem objawy alergii, ale nie było to nic strasznego. Personel bardzo pomocny i miły, śniadanie bardzo dobre, jedzenie w restauracji wyśmienite. Komfort spania idealny. Jeśli nocleg w Toruniu to tylko tu. Tylko cena była dość wysoka jak na 4*, ale myślę że to ze względu na miejskie imprezy w weekend.
