Helt unikt ophold på dette hotel.
Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhed. Dejligt værelse og helt fantastisk bygning som hotellet er i. I sig selv en turistattraktion.

Pobyt bardzo udany, zwiedziliśmy wszystko zgodnie z planem.
Pros:

Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone, smaczne, kilka dań do wyboru na ciepło, soki, kawa, herbata, natychmiast załoga uzupełniała brakujące dania. Lokalizacja hotelu idealna na starym mieście przy zamku. Woda mineralna codziennie w pokoju. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie.

Tragedia !!!!

To był zdecydowanie najgorszy pobyt w hotelu, jaki kiedykolwiek przeżyłam.

Przyjechaliśmy z kilkumiesięcznym dzieckiem i zostaliśmy zakwaterowani w starej części, którą obsługa określała jako „zabytkową”. Niestety z zabytkowym klimatem nie miało to nic wspólnego – był to zaniedbany budynek z ogromnymi problemami.

Przede wszystkim nie było żadnego podjazdu dla wózków. Gdy zwróciliśmy na to uwagę, pani w recepcji stwierdziła, że mamy po prostu nosić wózek po schodach. To było wręcz absurdalne. Jestem po cesarskim cięciu, a mój mąż jest przed operacją barku. Musieliśmy wnosić wózek z dzieckiem po schodach w deszczu, będąc cali przemoczeni i brudni. Gdy już udało nam się wszystko wnieść, okazało się, że winda w budynku nie działa.

Pokój był w bardzo złym stanie – panował w nim nieprzyjemny zapach, dywan był brudny, a z pokoju obok przez długi czas dochodziło nieustanne szczekanie psa. Suszarka do włosów przegrzewała się po kilku minutach pracy i przez kilkanaście minut nie dało się jej ponownie użyć.

Obsługa recepcji była bardzo nieuprzejma i całkowicie pozbawiona empatii. Ze względu na warunki chcieliśmy zrezygnować z pobytu, jednak hotel odmówił zwrotu pieniędzy, mimo że w naszej sprawie kontaktowała się również obsługa Booking.com. Nigdy wcześniej nie spotkałam się z takim brakiem zrozumienia wobec rodziny z małym dzieckiem.

Parking znajdował się daleko od hotelu, a każdy wyjazd wiązał się z oczekiwaniem około 10–15 minut na otwarcie szlabanu, mimo że numer rejestracyjny był zgłoszony w recepcji. Za pierwszym razem telefon został odebrany, później nikt już nie reagował.

Rozmawialiśmy także z innymi gośćmi zakwaterowanymi w starej części hotelu i mieli oni podobne odczucia. Wiele pozytywnych opinii najwyraźniej dotyczy nowego skrzydła, bo standard starej części jest zupełnie inny.

Najbardziej rozczarował mnie jednak całkowity brak dostosowania obiektu dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi oraz brak jakiejkolwiek chęci rozwiązania problemu przez personel.

Klimatyczny hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Hotel bardzo klimatyczny z doskonałą restauracją (śniadania znakomite). Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Mogliśmy zrobić checkin wcześniej.

Hotel i resteuracja prawdziwe Four Seasons.
Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa, czysto. Nowa część hotelu zasługuje na 5* ( w starszej części nie byłem więc być może też) Ale resteuracja to petarda prawdziwe Four Seasons ( a bardzo lubię tą sieć). Polecam bardzo. W hotelu super pomysł kino plenerowe💪. Może film nie moja bajka to oczywiście kwestia gustu ale pomysł pierwszorzędny. Polecam👍
