Personal de diez, excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Sobre todo, la excelente atención de todo el personal del hotel con el que tuve trato. Fueron súper amables, siempre con una disposición de diez y una sonrisa en la boca. Además también me gustaría destacar la ubicación del hotel: está céntrico, cerca de la boca de metro de Tirso de Molina, pero ubicado en una calle tranquila, sin ruido ni masificación.

Se puede repetir la estancia en este hotel.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación con una buena relación calidad-precio. El desayuno Buffet bastante bueno. Servicio de café, agua, de forma gratuita.

Cons:

El baño está incluido en la habitación, estilo minimalista, pero el lavabo es algo pequeño. Resulta un poco incómodo aunque no deteriora la valoración general.

Erg duur voor wat het was..

Ideale ligging om Madrid te verkennen, rustig gelegen en toch kort bij alles

Cons:

De foto's van de kamers zijn erg goed getrokken. De kamers ogen ruimer op foto dan ze werkelijk zijn. De douche en wc zijn 2 aparte hokken en de lavabo staat gewoon in de kamer. De "tegels" van de vloer lagen grotendeels los, dit doordat het water van de douchedeur er op afdrupt telkens wanneer je in of uit de douche komt.
Het ontbijt viel zwaar tegen, zeer beperkt (zelfs geen eitje) en als je "te vroeg" ging (lees: vanaf het moment dat het ontbijt geserveerd wordt) dan heb je nog oud brood of harde croissants en churros van de dag ervoor.
Het beleg staat niet gekoeld en zelfs vlak naast de grill, waardoor het dus allemaal lekker begint te zweten. Er zijn niet eens kommetjes voorzien om wat choco in te doen, waardoor heel veel mensen gewoon met hun mes in de chocopot zaten. Ronduit smerig!
Wij hebben echt getwijfeld om elders te gaan ontbijten ondanks we voor 3 dagen ontbijt betaald hadden!

Nos gustó el detalle de invitarnos a café a pesar de no tener incluido el desayuno. Ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

El lavabo dentro de la habitación subido en unas tarimas cutres. Armario inexistente: Son perchas colgadas de cualquier forma. La ducha sólo tiene alcachofa en el techo, si no quieres mojarte el pelo te fastidias. Y sobre todo debajo de las camas y en las mesillas polvo a tope...
