Ótima localizaçao
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, o atendimento é ótimo e a limpeza é boa

Cons:

O box do banheiro fica vazando água no quarto, nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia, e poderia ter móveis maiores para acomodação dos itens pessoais

Pros:

The receptionist, with the basque name I cant remember, was so incredibly helpful and cheerful. She was very polite and nice we really appreciated her enthusiasm amd friendliness it is hard to find these days (she should get a raise).
The hotel was super close to plaça sol and the metro, It was very convenient and quiet, we felt super safe. The free coffee and tea section at the reception was very nice too.
The room was super spacious and clean.

Cons:

I would really like the shower to have a shower head other that the one on the ceiling because it is inconvenient. Also, more outlets and some fix and uppers (eg some tears on the walls) would be appreciated.
Other than that everything was great

Estancia en Madrid
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es buenisima, a cuadras de la Puerta del Sol y de una estación de metro. Además hay un supermercado cerca para comprar lo que se necesite.

Cons:

Es extraño tener el baño con el lavamanos afuera

Que solicite dos camas y aún así ,fue solo una ,no hicieron esfuerzo por asignar .y se ofertan como doble cama .

Que no hicieron la limpieza de mi habitación aun y cuando dejé puesto el marbete psra solicitarlo. Que casi pierdo mi vuelo porque les pedí ayuda con un taxi y el mismo llegó tarde porque no hubo una confusión.
