Отель отличный в старом городе , чисто , уютно , улыбчивые девочки на ресепшене, очень хорошие завтраки на выбор по меню ресторана , нам понравилось

unbedingt die Angabe zum Parkplatz in den FAQs ignorieren - es gibt keine Regelung für Übernachtungsgäste - man muss den "normalen" Stundensatz von 2€ zahlen - wir zahlten 34€ für den Parkplatz für die Nacht!
bzgl. Parkplatz war das Personal leider absolut keine Hilfe (sie hatten keine Ahnung, ob es Tarife für Übernachtungsgäste gibt)
Liegen + Sonnenschirm am Strand kosten extra, Frühstück schwer zu finden (war nicht angeschrieben)

En general el hotel esta bien situado y tiene terraza y playa. La carta no es muy variada pero esta bien a excepción de los desayunos que se pueden mejorar bastante. La atención de recepción es correcta.
Te dan una tarjeta de descuento para comida y bebidas, pero si no la enseñas antes de pedir no te lo aplican, un día pedimos la comida y cuando el camarero marchaba de la mesa le llamamos para decir que éramos huéspedes y nos dijo que ya habíamos pedido y que no se aplicaba, para eso es mejor que quiten el descuento, queda fatal que hagan eso.

Cons:

En general la estancia fue agradable pero el chico de las hamacas fue de lo mas desagradable, todos los días nos llamaba la atención por algo y el tercer día nos cobro el doble de la tarifa (por ser huéspedes teníamos un descuento), cuando se lo dijimos nos dio mil disculpas tontas e incongruentes, no conseguimos nada hasta que solicitamos hablar con el gerente del hotel, es una pena que por un chico la opinión del hotel se desplome, pero nos trato de tontas con sus explicaciones absurdas.
La limpieza diaria es escasa y en cuatro noches no cambiaron las sabanas. Nos prometieron dos camas y nos pusieron una cama y un sofá cama (no se puede pagar un hotel de cuatro estrellas para dormir en un sofá cama).

Отель в историческом здании замка (Старый Град)! Очень красивая стена коридора при входе в отель из мозаики зеркальной) 🤩🙌
Завтраки отдельно на террасе отеля при входе в замок, все супер 😊!
Жили в люксе, окна выходили во двор , было тихо)

Cons:

Дверь в номер не плотная, утром доносились звуки в гостиной , это мешало спать)
