Geschmack im Zimmer war ‚seltsam‘
Frühstück gar nicht meines: zwar schön drausse. auf dem Platz, aber ab Karte —> relativ lange gewartet, so dass der Kaffee schon leer war (oder kalt) und zudem hat mir das Omelett überhaupt nicht geschmeckt —> ein Buffet wäre zig-Mal besser

Air on broke down during the heatwave and there was no urgency to fix it. I tried to contact the main office as the staff weren’t that helpful, but haven’t heard back still!

The week we stayed there was a heatwave. Hotels aircon broke down and nobody cared about it. The staff kept saying it will be fixed tomorrow. I contacted the main office and the Booking.com several times. Still no response…

We stayed 7 days and the AC didn't work for 6 days unfortunately due to some technical problem. Because of that my family got some heat rash on their skin. The staff provided a fan and made a discount upon check-out.

Residents were unable to have their breakfast on the beach terrace but had to use the separate restaurant outside the city walls. As residents you are also charged a fee for sunbeds on the hotel beach albeit at reduced rate. It is disappointing for the hotel not to prioritise its own guests. It is also misleading when reviews state you can have breakfast on the beach terrace. If policy has changed this should be clearly stated.

Air conditioning in room was poor.
Even though reviews said you could eat breakfast on the beach you couldn’t - had to eat in another outdoor area.
The public toilets for hotel were accessed by code.
Bar staff asked to be paid constantly - if they were finishing shift, if they covered someone’s table - this was irritating.

Не понравилось абсолютно все в этом отеле. Это был один из худших отелей, где я была. Начнем с самого начала: мы приехали и они отказались нас заселить, отправили погулять. Потом обнаружилось, что в номере нет воды. То есть на человека бутылка воды- они не слышали. Только платно из мини бара. Уборка в номере всегда была тяп ляп. Забывали ставить шампуни и бальзамы. Постельное меняли один раз за неделю, второй по нашей просьбе. Завтрак при отеле: это отдельный ужас. 1. Нет шведского стола, выбор по меню. В этом меню у них постоянно чего-то не было: то лосося нет, то сыр не тот, то вообще майонез тебе как соски польют. Один раз пришли на завтрак в 7.40 (заявлено с 7 утра) они говорят: ой официанты опаздывают надо подождать. Запрещают на пляже пить свой алкоголь или напитки, не смотря на то, что мы купили у них проживание. На второй день к нам и вовсе подошли и сказали: теперь лежаки платные (10 евро), на мои разговоры, о том, что мы жители отеля, сказали новые правила. Мы ничего не платили, наглость их убивала. В иной день пришли за полотенцами: сказали их нет, не привезли и так по кругу. В конце вообще обнаружилось, что мы должны заплатить за бутылку вина из мини бара, которая была открыта, но не выпита, к слову, это не мы, так как аллергия на красное вино у меня. Абсолютный бардак в отеле, абсолютное отсутвие понимания персонала. Никогда не вернусь в это место и вам не советую. Еда от отеля абсолютно отвратительна, все жирное, невкусное

No había ascensor. Y si bien es cierto que en las características del hotel ya lo pone, hay mirar muy detenidamente para verlo. Y nosotros no lo vimos cuando reservamos la habitación. Que era minúscula y daba a un patio interior horrible donde estaban los extractores, con un ruido constante que te obligaba a tener la ventana cerrada todo el tiempo. Ventana que estaba rota. Aunque nos la arreglaron. El baño era minúsculo, la ducha estaba embozada y la presión del agua muy baja. No había protector de colchón, con lo que cuando te movías un poco en la cama, acababas durmiendo directamente encima del colchón. Muy antihigiénico.
