Pryncypialne podejście obiektu do kwestii śniadania. Pomimo że śniadanie stanowiło element usługi hotelowej, nie było możliwości jego opłacenia w sposób elastyczny ani potraktowania jako całości pobytu. Decyzja została przedstawiona kategorycznie, bez próby znalezienia rozwiązania przyjaznego dla gościa.

Cons:

Pomimo że kupiłem usługę hotelową obejmującą nocleg ze śniadaniem, na fakturze otrzymałem osobne rozliczenie za usługę gastronomiczną. W mojej ocenie jest to nieczytelne i niezgodne z charakterem zakupionej usługi, ponieważ śniadanie było elementem całego pobytu hotelowego, a nie oddzielnie zamawianą usługą. Sytuacja ta pozostawiła negatywne wrażenie i wpłynęła na moją ocenę obiektu.

Schludny, czysty hotel w ścisłym centrum Gliwic. Pokój oraz łazienka dobrze wyposażona. Dostęp do internetu, biurko - to dodatkowe atuty. Smaczne śniadanie.

Cons:

Może nie w samym hotelu - impreza disco-polowa w najbliższym sąsiedztwie, której odgłosy od strony ogrodu docierały bardzo wyraźnie (z zawodzeniem wokalisty i słowami piosenek włącznie). Jednak szczęśliwie nie trwała w godzinach nocnych. Wtedy było cicho.
