Great stay
Pros:

The hotel and our room were absolutely lovely. The room was very spacious and featured a great mix of retro furniture and modern decor. The bathroom was fantastic. We would have loved to stay longer than one night because we enjoyed the hotel so much. I also recommend dining at the restaurant in the same building. The food was delicious and the service was great.

Die Möbel und die Lage sind wunderbar.

Cons:

Der Service hat Potential nach oben. Das Nachschenken des Weines klappt nicht. Das Abräumen des Geschirrs, während man isst. COCKTAILS bereitet man im Shaker zu und nicht im Glas sehr lustlos.

Charming little hotel
Pros:

The room was very nicely done up, nice bathroom too. View on the University of Tartu. The breakfast was wonderful, service staff helpful. Location is great, just bottom of the hill and near the restaurants too.

Cons:

Nothing, all was fine.

Beautiful hotel close to everything
Pros:

This very elegant hotel is centrally located for exploring Tartu's main sites and was perfect for our one night stay. The room was large as was the bathroom and both were beautifully appointed.
We also had the breakfast and made sure to wander through the original cellars which was really interesting.

Cons:

The hotel has a lift but not to the part of the hotel we stayed in but the man on reception kindly carried ours to the next floor.

Magnificent Suite
Pros:

Beautiful, Beautiful suite. Very unique and stunningly decorated. Fantastic location. Staff arranged nearby offsite parking. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

We were unable to connect to the internet via the TV to access movie streaming. In the hotel’s defense, I did not report it because I did not have the energy to deal with IT problems. In my opinion, the connection process should be simple and straightforward.
