Zeer mooi hotel met erg goede ligging
Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ook de locatie is top! Vlak aan de tramhalte! Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en vers.

Cons:

Great staff and great location as a base to visit Ghent.
Pros:

The greeting by Sophie was exceptional and their enthusiasm for the property was contagious.
The quirkiness of the rooms are a selling point and you will not be disappointed.
The hotel is close to a number of trams lines allowing access to various parts of the Ghent.
The breakfast was good. Parking is secure for a motorcycle.
The hotel is a converted old Ghent building and is a work in progress, once completed it will be a sight to see.

Great building with lots of charm. Good value!
Pros:

Great building, lovely lady at check in. The welcome drink was an extra bonus.

Cons:

The hotel could do with a little more attention to detail. Our TV had been unplugged, the box of tissues in the bathroom was empty, the WiFi password on the top floor has not been aligned with the main WiFi.
