We really enjoyed our stay at the Management Centre. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no A/C in the rooms, but we really did not need it. Even though the weather was unusually warm for May, the evenings always cooled down nicely. The rooms had old, but functional windows, and we were able to open them to allow the cool breeze into the rooms. Despite the age of the buildings, the rooms were updated nicely especially the bathrooms.
Breakfast was included in our stay and we found it to be very good. There was a wide variety of choices from eggs and sausages to fruit, yogurt, breads, and pastries. There was also coffee, tea and various juices. The service was also quite good.
We also had an opportunity to have dinner at the restaurant. Again, the food was very good and the service too. It was a little pricey compared to restaurants in the area, but for one day, it was very nice. I should point out that the dining room for dinner and breakfast has a nice view of the courtyard and the water beyond.
Speaking of the courtyard, this was a really nice surprise for us. After a long day of touring and hiking, this was the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset over the water. Next to the courtyard is a bar where you can get a pint to have while you take in the view. This suited us perfectly.
Just beyond the courtyard are walking paths that eventually lead down to the water. If you are adventurous enough and don't mind the odd group of college students, you can make your way to the water.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Management Centre. The charming buildings, the scenic view, and the fantastic service made it almost seem like we had traveled to another time. We would most definitely stay here again.
The windows are old but functional. They were no problem for us, but I wonder how they would perform in cold or stormy weather. Also, the doors from the courtyard did not seem to have any locks and it seems like anyone could just enter the buildings at that point. Not a problem for us, but it might bother someone else.

A lot of stairs fm the 3rd floor.
Le décor du restaurant et surtout du Lounge. Impersonnel, froid, pas du tout cosy
Very welcome staff. All really friendly. Great evening meal & breakfast.
Large comfy bed Room was clean & had everything we needed for an overnight stay. On site parking.
Noise from courtyard overlooking the bar. We had an early start. It would not deter us from booking again.
Cosy comfortable room, pleasant outlook across garden towards the Menai strait. Breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great location if you are going to an event at Pontio.
It's a bit of a mission to get to the rooms from reception, but this is due to the architectural layout, probably originally designed as a hall of residence.
Location, price, complementary breakfast, restaurant and bar.
Only one towel provided for 2 people, placement of wardrobe in the room limited access to the bed, unclear signage for where to check in.
Spotless. Great room. Great service. Friendly staff
Nothing. It’s ideal.
Convenient location in an interesting historic building. Small but comfortable room.
The accommodation block is a bit of a maze. Breakfast was disappointing.
