9
Multiple reviews mention rooms as clean, beds comfortable and rooms well maintained; one guest noted they do not like the carpeted floors.
Service
9.2
Reception and staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and available 24/7; several guests explicitly praised the personnel.
Location
7.6
Located on the outskirts/suburbs with good transport links and easy access to the city for some, but several guests noted it is a bit far from the centre and motorway access can be long.
Room Quality
8.9
Rooms reported as spacious, bright and comfortable with small fridges; minor negatives include carpeted floors and loss of balconies for some guests.
Amenities
7.1
Generous and secure parking is frequently praised, but the hotel restaurant is often closed and the bar has limited hours, reducing overall amenities score.
Value for Money
9
Several guests explicitly mention good price-to-quality ratio and describe the hotel as 'preiswerte' or excellent value for short stays.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Breakfast is commonly described as good, varied and substantial; however, restaurant closure and limited bar service are recurring negatives.
Overall Experience
9.7
Many guests recommend the hotel for short stays and transit, praising cleanliness, staff and breakfast; minor issues (location, closed restaurant, carpet) do not heavily detract from the overall positive experience.
