Sleepless night.

The restaurant staff was great. The room was normal.

Cons:

The reception was rude. The bar was closed. To get an evening drink, I had to sit in the restaurant. The food was not good. The swimming pool was on the top floor. No lift; many stairs. Full of kids, not residents. The massage was unprofessional, just a back rub. The air conditioner made a loud noise all night. I tried to call the 24-hour reception. No answer. I got dressed as I could not sleep and went to reception. The only way to stop the noise was to cut all electricity to my bedroom. Then there was no ventilation. No lights. The kettle for hot water did not work. The view was of a dirty, unkempt neighborhood. Car access was not easy down a small, narrow street. I tried, in vain, to get a contact email so I could take this up before writing a public review. Very bad value for money.
