Location and facilities! Staff in general super nice in restaurants and reception
One particular receptionist in the morning we left who was particularly useless and not helpful at all.
Hôtel au confort irréprochable : chambre magnifique avec grande baie vitrée, salle de bain moderne et douche spacieuse, lit très confortable. La piscine au dernier étage et la salle de sport sont aussi très modernes, offrant une vue dégagée sur cluj. Parking pratique. Un super séjour.
Le petit déjeuner était classique, il était néanmoins asser cher, le rapport qualité prix n'est donc pas excellent

We absolutely loved our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cluj. The location is perfect because it sits right in the city center, yet remains completely peaceful and away from any street noise. We especially appreciated the spacious size of the room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. While the overall experience was excellent, we did find it to be a bit pricey for the value received. Still, we highly recommend it for the comfort, space, and quiet convenience!
