Déçu in fine
Pros:

L'hotel est bien situé, propre et calme.

Cons:

Lors de la confirmation de réservation sur booking était indiqué : "Vous paierez votre séjour dans la devise du pays où est situé l'établissement (RON), selon le taux de change en vigueur le jour du paiement."
or le taux de change appliqué par l'hotel le jour du paiement le 15/06/2026 fut de 1eur = 5,4ron alors que le vrai taux de change était ce jour de 1eur = 5,23ron
J'aurai donc du etre débité de 3321,89 RON au lieu de 3429,84 RON
J'ai demandé le remboursement de la différence soit 107,95 RON (20,62 euros) mais je me fait balader par le SAV !

Nota : je n'ai pas donné ma CB à l'hotel mais à booking lors de la réservation - j'ai accepté un taux de change en vigueur le jour du paiement, pas forfaitaire suivant la volonté de l'hôtel (qui bien sur fut en ma défaveur)

J'attends mon remboursement suivant le taux réel ce jour conformément au clauses contractuelles pour réviser mon avis.

Flott opphold,god beliggenhet.
Pros:

Stille område,men allikevel sentralt. Gode senger og bra frokost. De kvinnlige ansatte var veldig høflige og hjelpsomme.

Cons:

Det var stor forskjell på de kvinnlige og de mannlige ansatte. Mennene var betraktelig mindre hjelpsomme og høflige.

Une très bonne adresse, au calme en plein coeur de Cluj.
Pros:

La piscine avec vue était très bien et permettait de bien nager.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner etait très bon, mais très cher quand il est commandé en supplément.
