Das Personal war hervorragend. Auch die Massage im Spa hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Ambiente war ebenfalls toll. Die Verfügbarkeit von Ladestationen ist vorbildlich.

Cons:

Ich find es etwas anstrengend, dass ich nach jeder Benutzung der Bar, des Restaurants, des Bistros und des Spa eine oder mehrere Emails mit der Aufforderung eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen oder eine Buchung zu bestätigen bekomme. Ich habe im Zusammenhang mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt 19 Emails vom Hotel oder dem Spa bekommen.
Für uns war auch der kaum vorhandene Schrankplatz im Zimmer ein Malus. Ausreichend für eine Nacht. Für Kleidung für drei Nächten aber zu wenig.

Loved it. Perfect place to make the time adjustment.

Clean, great service, delicious meals and very relaxing.

Cons:

Only issue was the wavy steak special for dinner which was not special and they changed a premium for the steak. By American standards the steak was low grade. Don’t buy it.

Frankly overrated. I had mentioned before going that I was pregnant and I needed an a/c room, which was confirmed. However when I got there the room only had a ventilation system and a fan which was super noisy.
The spa should be included for this price, while you have to pay 60€ for it (excluding any massage). Breakfast was not 4* level and the breakfast room is very small.

Prachtig gebouw met mooi ingerichte kamers, gezellig buitenverblijf met zitjes en heerlijk zwembad, prima ontbijt

De matrassen zijn erg zacht waardoor helaas last van mijn rug gekregen, eten en drinken duur en ook niet in verhouding tot wat je krijgt. Personeel wisselend, sommigen heel aardig en anderen weer helemaal niet.

Certains services ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'établissement

L'accueil à la réception et la réactivité du personnel de la réception.
Le cadre, les infrastructures, le SPA.
Repas au restaurant de l'hôtel, beau cadre, service efficace, et mets biens cuisinés, un petit manque de quantité.

Cons:

Le service à la Library. Le jour de notre arrivée, il nous restait 10 minutes pour commander, ça a été long pour se faire servir, heureusement une manager est arrivée pour accélérer le service.
Le jour de notre départ, nous sommes arrivés dans les premières personnes, service toujours lent pour avoir une planche de charcuterie, puis attente de plus d'une demi-heure pour avoir 2 glaces. Il y a clairement un problème d'efficacité dans le service. Pas de manager pour nous sauver cette fois !!
Nous avions réservé 2 nuits, et naturellement pour un établissement de ce standing, nous pensions que notre chambre allait être faite, mais à notre retour de ballade, personne n'était passé dans notre chambre.
Après s'être renseigné à la réception, il se trouve qu'il faut indiquer sur la porte si l'on souhaite que la chambre soit faite.
La personne de la réception nous a apporté serviettes et peignoirs, mais pour un tel établissement, sous couvert d'écologie, ne pas passer un coup dans la chambre, nous avons trouvé ça déplacé. OK pour le lavage des serviettes, mais pour le reste, ça doit être fait.

Luxe verblijf voor ons (gezin met 2 kinderen onder de 12) naar het zuiden. Prima voor een nacht, prijs/kwaliteit uit

Restaurant is middelmatig. Eten is zout, niet op smaak en bediening is niet oplettend.
