Belle chambre bien équipée.
Lorsqu’on y rentre tard, il n’y a peu ou pas de lumière du parking vers l’hotel.
The hotel is a splendid castle. The rooms are good, be it a bit small. But all the necessities are there. The breakfast is quite complete. The restaurant offers excellent dinners
The breakfast is self service. I did not ask, but I felt it was not possible to ask for a fried egg freshly made. I was just wondering why there was no yoghurt or something similar. Also the place where one gets the breakfast seems rather small for the number og guests that the hotel can host. But having said that. these issues are minor. The meals at the restaurant for dinner were superb. I did not see the cook, but he or she must be a real professional.
My main reason for not be so positive at some of the questions is for the following reason: I felt the staff (other than the reception desk) were rather disorganized. Perhaps it was too hot that weekend, or there was a shortage of personnel, but our room did not get new towels, the bed was made when we arrived, but not the next day. At the dinner, reserved at 19.45, and we were there in time, we were only able to order the menu at 20.30. and the first course arrived at 9. Also the subsequent courses took quite some time to arrive. A similar thing happened when ordering a cocktail in the afternoon. We got a sheet to put the charge on our room, but the conktail took almost half an hr to ghet theere, by a new waiter, with a new sheet to fill out. Well, we got our cocktails, and even some peaunuts, but thos arrived long after we finnished the cocktails. At the breakfast, the juice holder was empty and we had to search for and inform the staff to refill. Same was true for the coffee machine. Of course the waitress took care of this, and apologised, but it was a bit annoying. At the breafast, they offer a glass of cava or cremant, which is common for a hotel of this class. However, the bottle, half full without a label, was in a bucket with water that was not cold. In fact almost luke warm, so I assume it even had been there since the day before.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Spa hotel und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir kommen mit Freude wieder.
Ein kleiner Patzer im Restaurant bedingt durch die Hitzewelle. Das Essen war aber excellent.

- le repas du soir nous a été offert vu le niveau du service en cette journée de canicule... Joli geste commercial de l'hôtel !
- le personnel qui fait son possible et très aimable
- Piscine en plein soleil, carrelage tout autour, difficile de se rafraîchir
- spa intérieur uniquement pas du tout adapté pour se rafraîchir
- salle de restaurant non climatisée, température a plus de 30 degrés, personnel en surcharge, difficile d'apprécier le repas dans ces conditions
- salle de la librairie non climatisée
- pas de serviettes dans la chambre en arrivant, ni de produits de toilette
- niveau de service un juste en période de canicule pour un quatre étoiles... hôtel plus adapté pour la saison froide

Globalement décevant : télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, manque de personnel, équipements non adaptés au nombre de chambre.

The place is very nice, but not recommended AT ALL for summer time.
• The room inside the château was extremely hot, as there was no air conditioning available. We requested a room change or upgrade, but unfortunately, everything was fully booked. The hotel should clearly state on its website or at least in a very visible way that there is no air conditioning, so guests can make an informed decision before booking.
* The hotel restaurant was even worse in terms of comfort than the rooms. It felt like a sauna, and even with a fan it was still unbearable. We asked to sit outside, since there were outdoor tables available, but we were informed that management does not allow guests to dine outside except during dessert time.
