Emplacement idéal, petit-déjeuner et restaurant sans hésiter.
Pros:

Personnel accueillant et avenant. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet, copieux. La taille de la chambre est idéale. L'accès à la piscine et au spa est un atout. L'emplacement géographique de l'hôtel est appréciable, 30 min à pied de la vielle ville, ou bus à proximité, et 8min en voiture de l'aéroport.

Cons:

Juste un tout petit souci de baignoire mais vraiment minime ! Cette remarque pour le service technique d'être un peu plus attentif avant que ça prenne une autre ampleur.

Un bon point de chute à Cluj-Napoca !
Pros:

Restaurant, petit-déjeuner, emplacement, place de parking... Tout nous a convenu, le personnel est à l'écoute. Nous y retournerons (déjà prévu pour la fin du mois).

Cons:

Sans exagérer, améliorer les horaires du bar et ajouter un piano, mais c'est déja pas mal ainsi !

Highly disappointed and will not be recommending

Room was comfortable and clean

Cons:

Staff were not very welcoming in restaurant and at reception actually very unhelpful.asked to use the spa facilities pool ect to be told they are under maintenance for a day but they weren’t working the whole 5 days Trip with no access at all. Then I was told I had to pay to use them , then agreed to be told no because they are under maintenance, very disappointed as I specifically booked this hotel based on having a pool ect , spa facilities.woman in reception was rude and waitress in dining room was rude and not helpful very abrupt to my daughter , breakfast was poor
