Great breakfast, could use some exterior clean up
Pros:

We stayed a night after our flight into PEI. Was immediately disappointed by the exterior of the hotel, the door fronts and outside appear run down. There were some flower boxes but for the price I thought could have been more welcoming appeared to be a motel not hotel. However the room was clean and had everything you could need. Staff was super nice and breakfast was delicious hot real food.

The staff were very hospitable and accommodating and the location was great, being able to park right outside your room

Location was perfect, close to everything.

Cons:

We had a suite, great space but they lost the opportunity to update the bathroom when they updated the room. It is very small.

Pros:

Great central location
Pros:

Hubs and I had a great experience. Perfect location to everything. Staff was EXCELLENT.
Nice breakfast in the am. Linens were so nice and luxurious.

Home From Away
Pros:

Beautiful, quaint hotel located in the heart of Charlottetown. Fabulous customer service and daily hot breakfast. Charlottetown is a walking city, and why not walk the boardwalk daily to enjoy the harbour breeze and red shores while you explore the restaurants and coffee shops on Victoria Row, a 10-minute walk from the hotel on Pownal.

Location great, breakfast super, poor floor noise insulation.
Pros:

Excellent location, excellent breakfast. Free glass of beer between 5 and 6 PM a bonus. I suggest clients request a top floor room, to avoid the clump clump clump clump of peoples feet from the upper room. Obviously, during building, they skimped on between-floor insulation. Ridiculous. We had no hot water for the first night, due to situations out of control from the hotel. The manager did give us a 20 % reduction for one night for the inconvenience.

Over priced. Not the best, not the worst.

My partner and I stayed here for one night, on Sunday, July 19.
The room itself was wildly small... will say the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel was in a good location - within walking distance to downtown Charlottetown. I think 'hotel' isnt necessarily a true depiction of what this place is. It's a motel. The breakfast was mediocre at best but I will say my partner went down about 20 mins before it was over.

Our bill for 1 night was $452.09. for 1 night in a small room. Wouldn't return here because of the price alone. This is gouging and for that price there are actual hotels that are IN the downtown core, even closer than this place.

It wasn't the worst. Wasn't the best. But absolutely not a place that's worth just under $500 for 1 night.
