Pros:

A localização é realmente muito boa, para quem procura se hospedar em uma cidadezinha mais tranquila sem movimento de veículos próximos, com vista priveligada para o lago e as montanhas o hotel é o lugar certo. Além disso, o café da manhã é bem gostoso, com opções variadas e comida mais local. Comodidades do hotel eram bem legais, principalmente a sauna e o deck em frente ao lago. A vista do restaurante era incrível também.

Cons:

O que não me agradou foi a hospitalidade de algumas pessoas do hotel. Em alguns momentos, senti que os funcionários foram rudes comigo.

Um caso específico foi o seguinte: a recepção fechava aos sábados antes das 20h e só reabria depois das 8h da manhã de domingo. Como eu faria o check-out bem cedo no domingo, precisava entender qual seria o procedimento.

Havia uma placa orientando os hóspedes a entrar em contato com o restaurante quando não houvesse ninguém na recepção. No sábado, passei o dia inteiro fora, pois fui passear em outro lago, um pouco mais distante. Após o jantar, fui ao restaurante pedir informações sobre o check-out e fui tratado com rispidez. A pessoa que me atendeu questionou, de forma pouco cordial, como eu havia passado o dia todo por ali enquanto a recepção estava aberta e não havia procurado informações sobre o check-out. Além disso, como ela própria não sabia me informar o procedimento correto, acabou sendo ainda mais rude comigo.

Enfim, tive a sensação de que estava incomodando os austríacos o tempo todo, quando, na verdade, era cliente apenas buscando um atendimento adequado.

Além disso, o colchão do meu quarto era desconfortável, parecia que tinha um buraco nele.

Wunderschön am See gelegen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist klassisch im Herzen von St. Wolfgang gelegen, mit wunderbarem Steg und Garten direkt am See und herrlicher Aussicht.
Das Restaurant ist erstklassig, wir hatten ein ausgezeichnet gutes Abendessen mit sehr zuvorkommenden, netten Personal.
Das Frühstück ist ebenso reichhaltig und lecker (allerdings mit wenig veganen Alternativen).
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Was man zuvor wissen sollte - das Hotel (und die meisten in dieser Lage) hat aufgrund der Lage natürlich keinen eigenen Parkplatz, und die Gassen dorthin sind teilweise ziemlich eng. Man bekommt eine Parkkarte für das nächstgelegene Parkhaus und muss sie entsprechend auch wieder zurückbringen - wenn man viel Gepäck hat, kann man daher erstmal vor die Tür fahren und danach ins Parkhaus. Allerdings könnte man theoretisch auch direkt ins Parkhaus fahren und sich den Trubel, durch die Gassen zu fahren, sparen.

Pour avoir déjà sejourne dans cet hôtel il y a4 ans , j ai constaté une rénovation complète de l acceuil et resto salon et des chambres améliorées . On se sent bien c est parfait, un mélange réussi de modernisation en gardant son côté tradition locale . Top j y retournerai

Sehr schönes Hotel, Lage des Zimmers ungünstig
Pros:

Ohne Zweifel halte ich den "Weiße Hirsch" für ein ganz hervorragendes Hotel. Beste, gediegene aber nicht pompöse Ausstattung, perfekte Sauberkeit, bestes, freundliches, professionelles Personal, hervorragendes, vielseitiges Frühstück. Die Lage am See und die Gästeterrasse zum Wasser sind traumhaft. Unterstellung von Fahrrädern ist nicht optimal, weil man durch den Biergarten und drei Stufen einer gewendelten Treppe begehen muss. Weiterhin keine Fahrrad-Infrastruktur. Die Verwahrung ist aber sicher. Der "Weiße Hirsch" ist nicht das typische Hotel für radfahrende Gäste.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer mit einer Klapp-Wand auf der Badewanne ist etwas verkorxt aufgebaut. Das Hotel steht in St. Wolfgang. Dafür kann es nichts. Dieses Städchen ist extrem dicht bebaut, hat sehr enge Gassen und viel Gastronomie. Der ganze Ort stinkt nach Küchenabluft und Fritteusenfett, was sich abends, wenn der Wind nachlässt und alle Essen gehen, noch verstärkt. Booking.com nannte im Angebot "Zimmer mit Stadtblick". Das bedeutete, ein Fenster in eine ziemlich enge Gasse, aus der die ganze Duftwolke ins Zimmer zog. Außerdem verstärken sich die Geräusche und Stimmen in der engen Gasse, was bei offenem Fenster unangenehm laut war. Das Zimmer hatte keine Lüftungsanlage und war zu warm (Ende Mai). Die Hotelempfehlung war ein 60 cm breites Geschoss von Ventilator, der bereits auf der ersten Stufe den Charakter eines Düsentriebwerks hatte. Wie man das im Hochsommer aushalten soll, bleibt fraglich. Es gibt nahezu lautlose Ventilatoren, die halt etwas teurer sind (z.B. Balmuda Green Fan). Das wollte man wohl nicht investieren. Ich hatte drei Tage gebucht und zwei Tage verfallen lassen. Ein Zimmer mit Seeblick ist sicherlich deutlich angenehmer.

Sehr nettes Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Nettes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Dusche + Badewanne vorhanden und benutzbar. Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute Qualität.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hat etwas Luft nach oben. Essen war gut aber nicht ausgezeichnet.
