Cons:

Leider war am letzten Tag beim Checkout die Reception nicht besetzt, daher konnte ich keine Rechnung verlangen welche für den Arbeitgeber wichtig gewesen wäre.

Hôtel avec expérience globale décevante et un service ne répondant pas aux attentes

Chambre spacieuse, bonne literie, ascenceur pour accéder à la chambre au 3ème étage

Notre arrivée n'était même pas programmé pour les employés en service dimanche. Dans la chambre, il y a une seule lampe de chevet pour trois! Chacun doit-il avoir son temps de lampe? A la tête de lit du lit individuel aucune prise de courant. Il est écrit que nous avons à notre arrivée une bouteille d'eau que nous n'avons jamais vu! Certes il faisait chaud, peut-être ne vouliez vous pas la laisser à la chaleur mai il aurait été agréable qu'on nous la propose à notre arrivée. Le mini bar est fermé à clé. Là aussi devons-nous encore demander? Le sol de la salle de bain avait des cheveux longs et bruns à notre arrivée et le distributeur de savon dans la douche vide. Le petit déjeuner se résume en un mot: Vol. Nous arrivons à 8 h et personne n'est avisé de notre arrivée malgré notre demande la veille! Petit déjeuner préparé à la hate par le personnel mais franchement, quelques tranches de charcuterie, des fromages sous blister, du pain rassis ne valent pas les 15fr.CH demandés par personne. Il est clair que cet hôtel ne nous reverra pas, alors que nous sommes en Suisse régulièrement.

Cons:

Trotz der bestätigten Reservation stand für unsere Mitarbeiterin bei der Ankunft kein Zimmer mehr zur Verfügung. Die Buchung wurde ohne jegliche Benachrichtigung storniert – und das, obwohl wir am Vorabend noch eine E-Mail für den Online-Check-in erhalten hatten.

Ein solches Vorgehen ist für uns nicht akzeptabel. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werden wir dieses Hotel künftig nicht mehr berücksichtigen.

Parcheggio di fronte all'hotel e ristorante con ampia terrazza e un bel pub

Cons:

Lavandino del bagno distrutto, non c'è un posto dove mettere l'asciugamano, c'è ancora la vasca da bagno con la tendina in plastica orrenda, non c'è il condizionatore e la stanza è sottotetto (mi hanno messo un ventilatore in stanza) ogni 2 ore si disconnette il wifi.

Kulinarisch gut, Ausstattung OK, Erholungsfaktor klein
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral im kleinen Dorf. Mit ÖV und Auto (grosser gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz) gut erreichbar.
Restaurant mit Garten hat ein kleines aber gutes Angebot.

Cons:

Da das Hotel an allen Seiten von Strassen umgeben ist, ist bei offenem Fenster nie wirklich Ruhe.
Zimmer sind etwas ins Alter gekommen. Keine Reinigung am 2. Tag.
