Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung ist rustikal und eher dunkel gehalten. Die Ausstattung könnte deutlich moderner und heller gestaltet werden ohne den traditionellen Charakter zu verlieren.
Da das Hotel an einer belebten Straße liegt, sollte das Zimmer eine Klimaanlage haben, da man die Fenster wegen des Lärms nicht öffnen kann.
Das Hotel hat viel Potential. Es fehlt ein wenig Herzblut.

Muy agradable estadía
Pros:

El cuarto fue excepcional.
El restaurant, desayuno y Parking estuvieron muy bien.
La decoración en estilo tirolés y la vestimenta de los mozos, le agrega atractivo.

Cons:

Que no hubiera heladerita en el cuarto.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, kostenfreie Garage für das Motorrad, sehr umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Zimmer direkt an der Straße -> Lärm, Zell am See übertreibt es mit den ergänzenden Umlagen für Touristen, würde mir zukünftig etwas außerhalb der Stadt suchen

Very nice hotel and staff
Pros:

Very nice and well-located hotel.
The breakfast was good, and we also had dinner there one night, which we enjoyed very much.
The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
We would especially like to thank the young lady at reception who prepared a breakfast box for us because we had to leave at 6:00 a.m. the next morning. It was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.

Pros:

The reception staff was very friendly. They helped me figure out the parking and explained everything perfectly. The hotel is in a very convenient location, the rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend!

Large room in noisy town center
Pros:

Nice large room, close to center near all shops and restaurants, lake only 5 minute walk away, the pool was small, but I had it to myself so was enough and was warm.

Cons:

Noisy, people on the street shouting at 2am, also parking, the garage is so tight and narrow.
