Serviabilité au top
Pros:

La serviabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel.
L'accueil à notre arrivée, la dame nous a gentiment donné toutes les infos sur Cinque terre, accès, tarifs des trains, parking....
Je voulais manger une pizza un soir, le restaurant de l'hôtel n'en fait pas, le Mr du resto a proposé de m'en cuisiné une + livraison en chambre🥰
Le petit déjeuner copieux, la chambre spacieuse.

Pros:

Toplocatie in de natuur, op een steenworp van Levanto waar je de trein kunt nemen naar de dorpjes van Cinque Terre. Het ontbijt is goed, de kamers waren prima in orde. Er is een restaurant naast het hotel van dezelfde eigenaars waar je kunt dineren hetgeen ideaal is als je niet te ver wilt gaan in de avond voor diner. De service was ten allen tijde zeer vriendelijk!

Bon séjour dans un bel hôtel à la découverte des cinque terres
Pros:

Le calme, le restaurant et le petit déjeuner étaient très bons ! L’hôtel est très beau et propre.

Cons:

Une des deux chambres (15) était très humide, les draps étaient tout le temps humides, les essuie ne séchaient pas et même le papier (livres etc) prenait l’humidité.

Dat het een goede locatie was t.o.v. Cinque Terre.

Cons:

Onpersoonlijk, inchecken is al redelijk laat, om 17.00 u, maar er was nog niemand, pas om 17.15 u. De kamers en de receptie (tevens ontbijtruimte) en restaurant bevinden zich in aparte gebouwen.
Het ligt aan een redelijk drukke weg.
De airco functioneerde niet goed en maakte heel veel lawaai, ondanks de hoge temperatuur, de airco toch maar uitgezet.

Breve soggiorno alle cinque terre con la famiglia
Pros:

Ottima posizione per raggiungere le cinque terre. Struttura molto ben tenuta, camera pulita e spaziosa. Fantastica colazione a buffet con ampissima scelta tra dolce e salato.
Personale molto cordiale e disponibile

Cons:

Suggerisco solo di aggiungere qualche mensola/attaccapanni in più nel bagno, che comunque è molto grande e ben strutturato

Soluzione ottimale per posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo (soprattutto per gli standard liguri)
Pros:

Ottima posizione sia vicina all’autostrada che per raggiungere Levanto.
Davvero molto utile e comoda la possibilità di avere per 5€ la tessera residenti per parcheggiare gratis in stazione a Levanto.
Comoda anche la possibilità di fare il check-in la mattina, con stanza già pronta, e non solo dopo metà pomeriggio come nella maggior parte degli hotel.
Camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti.

Cons:

La stanza al piano terra era un po’ umida (forse anche visto il periodo di fine agosto), sicuramente a causa del fatto che l’hotel è a ridosso del bosco e la mattina e la sera la temperatura è bassa.
In bagno sarebbe utile un’illuminazione maggiore.

La posizione rispetto all'autostrada ed alla costa, il luogo, immerso nel verde, la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Ottimo il ristorante.

Cons:

Un po' di umidità nella stanza, impianto di condizionamento rumoroso.

In una struttura così bella, posizione ottima, tranquilla, con un ottima colazione e la possibilità di andare al ristorante così comoda, quella macchia di muffa in bagno stona tantissimo. Basta poco per rimuoverla, un piccolo sforzo e sarete perfetti!

Struttura molto bella, più di quanto si percepisca dalle foto, curata e accogliente.
Sembra di essere fuori dal mondo le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite.

Cons:

Unica piccola pecca l'umidità delle camere e la centralizzazione dell'aria condizionata che non permette eventualmente di adeguare la temperatura della stanza alla propria esigenza.
