Comfortable room with a lovely view, gorgeous setting, excellent evening meal. Very attentive waiters.
Everything seemed to be charged as an extra - we couldn't have a glass of tap water with our meal, everything in the room seemed expensive - three or four times retail cost even for a packet of crisps!
Ruime kamers, fijn dineren -met heerlijke wijnen- en hartstikke goed ontbijt. Doordat ik op de fiets na een kletsnatte lange dag nogal besmeurd aankwam, was het heerlijk om te douchen en in comfort onder te dompelen
Ik kreeg bij de receptie niet helemaal een welkomsgevoel. Nogmaals, dit zal aan mij gelegen hebben, want ik zag er niet uit (modder, nat, vieze fiets etc)
le petit déjeuné était très bien et le personnel agréable
la chambre qui nous était attribuée était très exigu et bruyante car nous étions juste à coté du monte charge du personnel, insonorisation médiocre. On voit que la chambre n'est pas de première jeunesse. Nous aurions aimé bénéficier du restaurant de l'hôtel et n'avons pas pu car plus de place, faudrait il prioriser les personnes logeant au château.
The setting of the chateau is superb
The chateau is undergoing renovations (August 2026), which mean noise and some disruption, including a powercut in the morning.
I tried to use the EV charger. However, this has been moved, and is not on the map, and the hotel staff had no clue about it. It did happen to work with the Aral Pulse card, but charged super high rates for a slow (AC) charge.
The chateau is a bit isolated and the restaurant is expensive for a 3 course fixed meal.
Breakfast was also super expensive, and only worth it if you can eat for the day.
Son emplacement à la fois très calme et proche du centre via le funiculaire . Ce qui en lève la problématique du parking en ville .
Rien de négatif . Peut être pourrait-on attendre plus de pro-activité au bar qui semble un peu livré à lui-même .
Beautiful chateau with an interesting interior. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and bathroom well appointed. The evening meal in the chef school restaurant was excellent and great value for money.
Water in bathroom could have been warmer.l

The room felt a little dated and could benefit from a quick refresh.
The check receptionist was lovely. The situation is lovely but had difficulty entering the building due to work going on. We were not impressed by the rest!

Very disappointing
Exceptional hotel set in wonderful grounds. We arrived late due to a breakdown and so missed our planned dinner reservation. Although the restaurant was fully booked, the staff found a way to get us a table and made us feel super welcome. Breakfast following morning was the best of our trip across Europe and highly recommended.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieu, la chambre est confortable et l'exterieur est magnifique. De plus le château est situé juste à côté de la citadelle de Namur que je vous conseille de visiter.
