Dome Hotel

The breakfast staff were at best poor they had very little experience of how to serve customers and didn’t even know that breakfast was served till 11am on the weekends. The staff who were young needed an experienced member of staff to guide and train them.

The restaurant closed on Monday evening and this meant that there was no bar for us to have a drink in. Although the details said street parking was available this is some distance away and there was not always a space available when we needed one.

Man könnte das eine oder andere verbessern. Etwas zu kritisieren, wäre aber nicht angebracht.

Jedyne co było dziwne to że wchodząc do prysznica chcąc nie chcąc uderzało się drzwiami w deszczownice od prysznica. Wg mnie bardzo nie przemyślane. Ale to malutki mankament.

Die Klimaanlage war defekt und vom Hotel kam kein Angebot für eine Entschädigung. Nach Nachfrage aber gewährt. Der Service beim Frühstück ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Es dauerte am ersten Tag sehr lange bis wir unsere Getränke bekamen.

The vent fan outside window is a bit loud for us.

La climatisation de l'hotel était en panne dans tout l'hotel et nous n'avons reçu aucun message pour nous prévenir ce qui nous aurait permis de changer de reservation ! Le petit déjeuner était a 20 euros dans notre confirmation de réservation mais l'hotel l'a facturé 25 Euros, c'est innaceptable ! Finalement après discussion ils ne nous ont pas fait payer les petit-déjeuners pour "compenser" l 'absence de climatisation... A noter que si vous optez pour une reservation ferme sans annulation possible c'est exactement ce que vous obtenez... Donc ils n'ont en fait rien fait pour compenser cette panne soit disant dans tout l'hotel ! Il est inadmissible qu'un hotel 5 étoiles n'avertisse pas ses clients de ce problème avant d'arriver.

A very negative experience that fell completely short of expectations. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the air conditioning was not working and that they would provide us with a fan. While it offered a bit of relief, the room thermostat still read 26 degrees (79°F).
The bathroom was very dirty, and since everything was black—including the fixtures—the dirt was even more obvious. On top of that, the showerhead was covered in limescale. Lastly, there were numerous cobwebs on the ceiling.
However, credit where credit is due: when I brought up all these issues at the front desk, the young man was extremely helpful and polite. Besides informing us upon arrival about all the available activities and local attractions, he immediately arranged to have the room cleaned.
The manager was also very accommodating and fully refunded one of the two nights we had booked. So, the staff was truly faultless. Another positive note is the location, which couldn't possibly be more central.
Breakfast had very limited options, but I really appreciated the ability to order freshly made dishes from a menu at no extra charge. The quality of the ingredients and the food was excellent.
I might have expected a room like this in a 4-star hotel at a significantly lower price point, but certainly never in a 5-star superior hotel with a Michelin Key.

No staff at the check in, other staff saw us waiting but nobody bothered to call a receptionist. It was 30 degrees, and the lady told us the airco’s didn’t work, but said that was already for several weeks as “the factory was closed” ?! They didn’t bother to update us on beforehand, offered nothing in return, the room was stifling hot. When asked, they offered a bottle of bubbles..
