Pas d’ascenseur, bruit de construction le matin, mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre. Aucun stationnement pour pouvoir décharger les bagages.

Das Hotel ist eine Baustelle/im Umbau: kein Lift, unsäglich steile Treppen (nichts davon wurde vorab erwähnt), nicht sauber im Zimmer (Boden), Vorhänge sind nicht richtig eingehängt, deshalb auch nicht gut schliessbar, zu teuer für das Gebotene

The worst hotel experience on my life.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Cons:

The Hotel waited until the day after the free cancellation period to tell us that they were undergoing a reconstruction. I called to ask them for more details and they said it was just the lift. This was a lie, they are extending the hotel, the air conditioning is out of order and the wider hotel is extremely drab. The rooms were extremely hot and construction started before 08.00 right outside of the rooms. The cleaners came in to multiple colleagues' rooms every day before 08.00. We left a day early and the hotel is ignoring our complaints and has so far refused to refund us for the night we did not stay. They are dishonest and greedy. Avoid this hotel.

À notre arrivée, nous étions ravis de la chambre, de l'équipement ainsi que de la propreté.

Cons:

La dureté du matelas.
Nous avons entendu la télévision du voisin toute la nuit. Les odeurs de cigarettes nous ont réveillé même la nuit alors que ce sont des chambres non fumeur.
La salle de bain et équipée d'une baignoire en acier et est glissante

bon séjour dans cet hôtel parfaitement placé !
Pros:

chambre très agréable, lit confortable et très bon accueil ! emplacement parfait juste en face de la gare et en centre ville !

Cons:

juste le manque d'ascenseur mais ce n'est que temporaire :les travaux devraient être rapidement terminé
