Cons:

Helaas was het hotel in de verbouwing. Was goed gemeld vooraf. Kwam ook duidelijk uit de recensies. Kamer en ontbijt waren prima.

Good hotel for a one night stay while visiting nearby Dinant. Badic, but clean and comfortable. Right opposite the train station and a 10 min walk into the town centre. The hotel was undergoing renovations while I was there, and I was notified that ahead of time that the lifts and air-conditioning weren't working. A pedestal fan was provided which was appreciated and the stairs weren't an issue with carryon baggage.

Terrible experience due to major renovations, dust, an uncomfortable bed, and a leaking toilet

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The location was very convenient, especially since it is close to the train station.

Cons:

I have never had such a bad hotel experience. When booking, I had no idea that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. When we arrived, we were given a room right next to the scaffolding and an elevator that was also being renovated. There was no option to move to another room.

I genuinely do not think a hotel should be booking guests on a floor that is being completely demolished, let alone giving them a room directly next to scaffolding. The amount of dust made the stay very unpleasant.

On top of that, the bed was clearly overused and very uncomfortable, and the toilet was leaking onto the bathroom floor, leaving the entire floor wet. This was far below what I would expect from a hotel stay.

Lot of stairs going to 4th floor
Room was very hot and no air conditioning, they did leave a ventilator tho, but wasn’t really strong
Puddle of water in front of our room covered with a towel, can happen but would have appreciated if they had informed us…

L'emplacement juste en face de la gare est un plus. Les chambres sont correctes.

Cons:

Nous avons déjà effectué un séjour de 4-5 il y a 2 ans, mais cette fois-ci rien n'allait. La télévision fonctionnait par intermittence et quelqu'un devait venir voir mais personne n'est venu. Des travaux ont commencé avant 9h du matin un samedi! La chambre était juste à côté de l'escalier et suite aux rénovations elles ne sont pas insonorisées donc on entendait tout le monde monter et descendre. Les trois vis du sol pour la toilette ressortaient, je me suis pris le pied dedans.

L emplacement aux portes de la ville, tout se fait à pied

Cons:

Ascenseur et climatisation en panne en raison des travaux, message envoyé après la réservation. Aucune information sur le site de l hotel. On découvre que notre chambre est au 4eme étage en arrivant... Aucun geste commercial.
Le savoir en amont n aurait certainement pas changé notre choix d hotel mais nous aurait semblé plus honnête, dommage.

Hotel bien situé proche centre historique et de la gare. Personnel aimable. Bonne qualité de literie

Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel mais j'ai été très déçu. Travaux qui s'éternisent, ascenseur indisponible. J'avais demandé une chambre au second étage mais celle ci donnait sur des échafaudages occupés pars les ouvriers qui commencent leur journée de travail dès 8H. Chambre vieillotte pas très propre, sol mouvant, douche dans une baignoire.
Cela ne valait pas les 125€ la nuit.

Difficile de dormir femêtres ouvertes en face de la gare faute de climatisation.

Cons:

Travaux non annoncés, si mais la veille. Donc pas d'ascenseur ni de climatisation et personne pour nous aider à monter les bagages dans l'escalier provisoire particulièrement pentu. Les conditions n’ont pas correspondu à la prestation que nous avions réservée.
