Pros:

The location was perfect—right in the heart of Barcelona, yet away from the crowds. We loved the unlimited coffee and water, the beautiful design of the lobby and common areas, and, above all, the genuine warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff.

Cons:

There was honestly nothing we disliked. If we had to mention one possible drawback, it might be the size of the room, although this was not an issue for us at all.

Ubicación fantástica. Buen servicio. Gran ayuda tener a alguien con quien hablar al tener un retraso y que estuviesen atentos a nuestra llegada.

Cons:

Habitación un poco pequeña para el coste. Hacía mucho calor fuera y bastante frío dentro, quizás el aire se podría controlar un poco.

Cons:

Breakfast could be more varied.
The soundproofing is not very good. If you have loud neighbors you will hear everything.

Muy buen hotel para visitar Barcelona.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal. Está cerca de la estación de Sants. Habitación muy amplia, y buenas camas para los niños, cama de matrimonio comodísma. Variedad de almohadas. Tiene una sala para tomar café o infusión de forma gratuita.

The location was what I needed; close to the Train Station. Yes, their breakfast buffet rates well.

Cons:

Finding pee in my toilet upon first entry; finding out that my bar fridge was at room temperature (i.e. not working at all). Reception was aghast about my first point.
