Pros:

Das sehr saubere Hotel liegt ruhig mit tollem Blick auf das Marmarameer und in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der europäischen Seite. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Kenan mit vielen Tipps für Besichtigungen und seiner sehr freundlichen Art!! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Pros:

I loved everything! My friend and I stayed here and had a great experience. The location is perfect — central, close to everything, yet quiet. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The breakfasts were amazing — worth coming back for 😁 Breakfast is served on a terrace with a view of the Bosphorus. There is also a second terrace overlooking the city and its mosques. I would also like to give a special mention to the lovely woman who prepares breakfast every morning.

It was also very convenient to leave our luggage after check-out and enjoy a few more hours in the city.

Vii aici pentru relaxare, te intorci pentru priveliste
Pros:

Totul este perfect. La superlativ.
Terasa este deschisa pana la 23:00 unde poti sa stai sa bei un ceai si sa te bucuri de minunatul view.
Personalul foarte amabil. Stiu sa vorbeasca foarte bine engleza, va pot ajuta cu orice fel de informatie, de la rezervari la rute cu tramvaiul sau metroul.
Camera curata, foarte aproape (pe jos) de cele mai multe atractii si daca nu sunteti fani mers, aveti tramvaiul care este la fel de usor accesibil.
Bravo!

We spent five nights at this hotel, and the entire stay was truly fantastic!

The location was nice

Cons:

Unfriendly staff, specifically one of the receptionists. The bed was very uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a rock. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Overall, it's not a great hotel, and we will definitely not be staying here in the future.

Value for money, and the breakfast

Cons:

The elevator is very small and slow, the bed pillows are not comfortable. For the late check out at 2 p.m I have to pay 19 Euro, and their check-out time is not convenient it is 11 a.m, they don’t have much facilities, the room keys still the old still with key.

Puiki vieta, draugiškas ir paslaugus personalas. Pusryčiai terasoje ant stogo su labai gražiu vaizdu į sąsiaurį. Pusryčiai gausūs, įvairūs.

Cons:

Santechniką vonios kambaryje galima būtų atnaujinti. Kriauklė leido, ant grindų susidarydavo vandens bala.

Pros:

Ottimo hotel, la posizione è molto tranquilla davanti ad un parco.
Stanza ampia pulita e bel balcone.
Colazione ottima, tutto buonissimo con tantissimi prodotti dolci (che è difficile da trovare ad Istanbul) in un terrazzo bellissimo.
Personale molto gentile mi hanno aiutato con le indicazioni, inoltre ho potuto lasciare il bagaglio in hotel l’ultimo giorno e sono tornata a riprenderlo al pomeriggio dove oltre all’uso della terrazza e gli spazi comuni mi hanno anche offerto il caffè.
Mi hanno prenotato un transfert per arrivare dall’aeroporto all’andata visto che era tardi e tutto perfetto mentre al ritorno ho preso il bus di linea che passa a 5 minuti dall’hotel.
