Breathtaking views of the Caldera, Perfect location in the scenic village of Oia, 25-30 min from airport. Comfortable, spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment in a charming boutique hotel. Amazing and uninterrupted views to the Caldera, close to dome,
shops and restaurants. Pool was a nice add on. Excellent hosts making you feel immediately at home and also taking care of various arrangements if needed. We will definitely come back!

Персонал - сподіваюся всі працівники цього готелю отримують достойну оплату своєї праці.Дуже затишне місце ,навіть біля спільного басейну було комфортно ,мій номер був просторим ,чистим, а ввечері це місце перетворювалося на казку, по обидва боки вид на білі будиночками з вогнями .Хоча про вид із цього готелю можна говорити багато, бо все кудиб не подивився це задоволення для ока,це найкраща локація яку можна очікувати.Замовили салат Гречеський ,але принесли наскільки великі порції ,що ми їх незмогли з,їсти).Виїзд був в 11.00 ранку, але ми залишили свої речі на рецепсії щоб іще піти і погуляти по Оія, нам навіть на рецепсії пропонували скористатися душем якщо потрібно буде.Всим рекомендувати буду знайомитися із Оія саме із цього готелю, він тихий і комфортний і водночас дуже близько від прогулочної доріжки( мраморної), і ви щоразу повертаючись із прогулянки проходите через супермаркет дуже зручно.Цей готель найкращий.

La vista es perfecta hacia la caldera, la piscina para el clima es muy refrescante, la amabilidad para absolutamente todo lo que necesitara fue extraordinaria, recordaciones cerca por parte del Xeno fueron maravillosas lugares hermosos, comida perfecta, cuartos frescos y amplios muy limpio

As someone who travels for work and is lucky enough to have stayed in some incredible hotels, Kima Oia Suites blew me away and is absolutely top notch. Not only because of wonderful rooms with private patios and pools, and the awe inspiring unreal views, but thanks largely to the hotel manager Xeno and his lovely team. He is one of the most genuinely kind, attentive and gracious hosts I’ve ever met and I felt so lucky to have stayed here and been so taken care of! I rarely write reviews but this hotel and especially Xeno is so deserving of praise. I hope to come back!!

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet établissement. La vue incroyable, l’emplacement, la piscine, la chambre magnifique, le petit déjeuner. Un sans faute du début à la fin. Mais ce que nous retiendrons le plus c’est l’accueil parfait de Xéno, chaleureux, sympathique.
Si nous revenons à Santorin, ce sera dans cet hôtel.

It was close to city centre, walkable distance to bus stop to Fira, beautiful ocean view & very friendly staff

We just loved it all. The setting was absolutely stunning - the rooms, the pool, the view, the service. We could not fault it. Beautiful and quiet. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Just a short walk to restaurants, boutiques etc. Staff were so helpful. And the complimentary breakfast delightful 10+++

I cannot recommend this property enough—everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the team made it so special by decorating our room to celebrate. The caldera views from our room were breathtaking, and the location is ideal—close enough to Main Street that you have easy access to shops and dining, but without the hassle of too many stairs.
A special shout-out to Xeno at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, he took care of everything: booking our transfers, making dinner reservations, and ensuring our luggage was handled seamlessly. His communication was exceptional, and he genuinely cared about our experience. If you’re looking for a memorable stay, this is the place!

Foi uma hospedagem incrível!
Fomos recebidos no ponto de desembarque do transfer. A equipe do local nos recebeu e nos ajudaram com as as bagagens. Foi bem importante pois são alguns degraus a descer. Tivemos ajuda no check out também.
O querido Xeno nos recebeu como calorosamente. Percebemos que ele estava ansioso pela nossa chegada. Ainda recebemos um drink de boas vindas
Todas as fotos se referiam ao quarto. Tudo limpo. Tinha água, capsulas de café e chá disponíveis.
A temperatura da jacuzzi permaneceu quente a todo momento.
A vista do quarto é incrível. Um sonho!
Café da manhã entregue no quarto e com boa variedade.
Fica a uma curta distância do centro de Oia.
