Pros:

El personal super agradable, está a tan sólo 25 minutos del centro pero se puede ir en bus. El chico que nos atendió, nos explicó como llegar en el mapa y fue muy agradable.

Zentrale Lage, max. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt, sehr interessante und saubere Stadt mit vielen Cafés, Kneipen und Restaurants, sehr nette Betreiber, gutes Frühstück, ruhig

No habia ascensor, pero a cambio se ofrecen a ayudarte a subir las maletas. Es la unica pega que encontré, pero todo lo demas, para mi, lo compensa

Accueil très sympathique d'une jeune femme qui nous a permis de règler le problème du parking et donné plan et renseignements pour nous déplacer dans OVIEDO. Petit déjeuner succinct mais servi avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Cons:

Chambre petite, un peu trop chaude et donnant sur la rue, donc bruyante lors de l'ouverture des fenêtres. Difficultés pour stationner.

Pros:

Ubicación, cercanía y sobre todo el trato. Excelente, cercano, amable, familiar, todo increible.

Cons:

Nos pusieron un ventilador que del uso, dejaba de funcionar.

Súper recomendable!
Pros:

La propietaria fue súper amable. Admiten perros, no cobran suplemento y te dejan usar la cafetería con ellos (y además nos dejaron cuencos y chuches en la habitación, todo un detalle!!).
El desayuno es un buffet sencillo pero abundante, completo y muy rico.
Está a 10 minutos del centro.

Cons:

Estaría bien darle un lavado de cara a las habitaciones porque se ven un poco anticuadas, aunque la cama era muy cómoda.
