Location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good sized room, nice pool area.
Cleaners let it down. Room not cleaned properly and every day having to ask for creamer or coffee for room. Bins not emptied and rubbish left on floor.

Parking is a bit tricky - warning the entrance is very small my X3 just made it in.

Window into an interior court yard at ground level. Windows were frosted, not able to keep window open (for safety) so no fresh airflow.
Location, decor, staff, bathroom and room space.
Air conditioning was ineffective. The one in the hall outside our room worked better than in the room. Not enough fan or cooling.
Pool filtration needed improvement. Water shouldn’t be cloudy, smell slightly like a pond and you shouldn’t feel sticky after swimming. We washed in our shower before swimming so no lotions on our skin.

The breakfast spread was fantastic and worth the money. These hotel staff were friendly and approachable. The location and facilities were perfect.
The location is absolutely perfect—right in Girona's beautiful Old Town, yet nestled in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful area. The entire property is incredibly well-maintained and spotless. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the pool is more of a plunge pool, but these were very minor details that didn't impact our wonderful stay at all. Highly recommended!
