bello ma... la piscina chiude troppo presto!
Pros:

La piscina chiudeva alle 19, d'estate non mi sembra la cosa migliore, capisco le esigenze del personale ma avrei preferito un'apertura più adeguata al periodo

Pros:

Personale simpatico ,cordiale e disponibile . Le terme disponibili erano di fronte all'albero e non quelle interne. In ogni caso è stato un piacevole soggiorno. Camera pulita e adeguata

Il servizio bar è esterno alle terme. Sarebbe comodo modificarlo.

Gute ausgestattete Zimmer

Cons:

Pool gehört nicht zum Hotel, sondern zum Termalbad Pool Nutzung ist nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Termalbad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Petit week-end sympathique
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement au milieu des vignes et du calme .
Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes et joliment décorées quand on aime l'univers automobile(ce qui est notre cas )
Le SPA est grand
Tout le personnel rencontré au long de ces 3 jours a été adorable

Cons:

Nous avons moins apprécié que ce si beau lieu ,ai un manque d'entretien au niveau du spa, ( les grilles au sol tiennent avec cordon) ce magnifique SPA mériterait un rafraîchissement. Notre chambre était repeinte grossièrement en blanc sur une tapisserie rouge . C'est dommage pour un établissement de ce standing ,pour le tarif que l'on paye, mais également pour un établissement 4*
Il manque cruellement d’un restaurant au sein de ce complexe.

Good hotel, a little dated but well run.
Pros:

Excellent staff, breakfast and location. The spa facilities were great. Best facial I've ever had and we all really enjoyed the thermal pools. Fantastic.

Cons:

The rooms were a little dated, but OK, however the beds had plastic sheets that were sweaty and slippery. Not comfortable to sleep on. Also, the fridges weren't cold and the restaurant was closed for refurbishments, which was a shame as we were tired and didn't feel like going out.

Una volta arrivati, il personale è stato accogliente. La stanza che ci hanno dato molto grande e spaziosa anche se avevo specificatamente richiesto un letto matrimoniale unito non due letti. La stanza molto pulita e spaziosa niente da dire

Ci sono state molte cose che non mi sono piaciute. Quando ho prenotato essendo molto lontana dalla posizione e volevo passare un week and con il mio ragazzo, ci tenevo molto ad avere una struttura con la piscina (per questo caldo) e cercando su Booking, ho trovato l’Hotel Terme che aveva anche le piscine a dalle foto sembrava tutto bello, finché non siamo arrivati e scopriamo che le piscine non sono proprio incluse nell’hotel ma a parte e a pagamento 20€ a testa+ c’è da mettere la cuffia che ovviamente non era specificato da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione.
Soprattutto per chi odia fare il bagno con la cuffia a mio parere era corretto inserirlo nella prenotazione così la gente non si trova la sorpresa.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione, non mi è piaciuto molto siamo scesi un ora prima della fine del servizio come ci è stato detto ma c’erano veramente pochissime cose. Io non faccio colazioni abbondanti ma chi a colazione preferisce saziarsi molto sicuramente le varietà sono scarsissime.

Oltre alla stanza che è molto spaziosa e ben pulita il resto non mi è piaciuto per niente.

L'hotel era bello ma un 4 stelle dovrebbe offrire di più.

Cons:

Un hotel 4 stelle dovrebbe avere la cassaforte in camera e una piscina dovrebbe essere inclusa. Il sito internet è un po' ingannevole poiché non è chiaro che l'hotel non disponga di piscina ma si può utilizzare la SPA a pagamento; io avevo cercato espressamente un hotel con piscina e mi era stato proposto questo.

Tetszett hogy külön szobát kaptak a fiaim és én is a férjemmel!
A gyerekek szobája nagyon szép volt, a festmény a falon nagyon gyönyörű volt, és az ágy is kényelmes volt .

A mi szobákban ami tetszett az az hogy két fürdőszoba is volt!
A férjem a gyerekekkel kihasználta a wellness részleget, amiről jó véleményük volt !
Nagyon szép helyen van a szállás , csendes környezetben!

Cons:

Sajnos amikor megérkeztünk este 18.30 kor a szállásra, a klíma nem volt be kapcsolva,. 29°fok volt a szobában !
Ez nagyon rosszul érintett ,mivel várandós vagyok,és alig bírom a meleget ! Ezt úgy gondolom ,hogy a személyzetnek kellett volna be kapcsolja ,mikor még nem érkeztünk meg.
Hiszen kint majdnem 40°fok volt ...
1 éjszakát aludtunk ott , reggelre még mindig 25°fokos meleg volt a szobában. Lassú volt a klíma !
2-en voltunk a szobában , de sajnos csak egy párnát adtak !
Mikor meg említettük a recepción hogy nincs be kapcsolva a klíma ,és csak egy párnát adtak, kb 2 óra múlva vitték be a párnát, huzat nélkül ...

4 csillagos szállástól többet vártam volna !
De reggel távozásánál, meg kérdezték hogy éreztük magunkat?
Elmondtuk hogy nagyon meleg volt a szobában,nem kapcsolták be a klímát! .Lehet a főnök asszony ült a recepción ,, nem tudom pontosan, de nagyon kedves volt , és amit fogyasztottunk a mini hűtőből , és a többi pluszos költség , azokat mind elengedte kárpótlásul!
Ez jól esett tőlük!
