Excellent Service
Pros:

I would like to thank the hosts and staff for looking after my needs and making my stat comfortable. Excellent service and very kind and friendly hosts and staff. It may not be a new building but they offer you quality and comfort.

Cons:

I like the kindness, friendliness of the staff and hosts. I enjoyed my evening meal. The comfort and cleanliness of my room.

Nothing except bathroom was quite nice

Cons:

Everything! Door to hotel next to nightclub, noise continued till 2in the morning. No reception we had to ring to find out we had to go to the bar in the club, stairs very steep & carpet very dirty. No instructions in case of fire. Room faced onto road couldn't close the window. Didn't stay for breakfast, we left early, no one around, left key in box.

Please see photos- the room was mouldy, damp, and unclean.
It should be clearly advertised on booking.com that the hotel is also a pub/club with karaoke until 1 in the morning, impossible to get any sleep before it’s finished.
