Location was perfect for intended purpose. Easy walk to centre and good breakfast.
Old mattress and it was very hot without any fans or AC.
The included breakfast was fine, unfortunately there was no coffee available
Location
Size of room that I was given
The location was excellent, especially handy for public transport and close to the evening venue booked by my friends. My room was spacious and I particularly liked the fact that I could open the window wide -- a rare feature of hotels these days. The staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was terrible, and the dining room very basic and uncomfortable! Very limited choice, especially of non-cooked things. A few little boxes of cereals, no fresh fruit, no marmalade for the toast. In the en suite bathroom the toilet seat fittings were broken so that the seat fell off; the tap in the basin was loose in its socket so that when you turned the tap on, the whole fixture came away. There was an exposed electric wire running from the heated towel rail alongside the basin, which looked like a serious health hazard. Everything about the hotel suggested no one had done any maintenance for ages!
Everything was exceptional for the price, have I slept in more comfortable beds? Yes. Did they cost 4 x the price, yes.

Very good value for money for our purposes. Yes there is noise quite late from the bar below at weekends, which I expect would bother guests who want to sleep earlier than that, but we are late sleepers, so it didn't bother us. Room was small but adequate. Bed was very comfortable and shower was very good. Standard breakfast may be small for some people but was adequate for us. Its was only £3 per person to upgrade this to a larger breakfast
Early morning traffic noise. However this was what we expected on a main road in the centre of town. Lack of car park was a minor problem, bur there is a reasonably priced, and very convenient Council car park very close by (Bath Place) with overnight parking.
Nothing.

Ideal location and value for money, seemed pretty clean .
I had the room above the smoking area for the pub downstairs, it was noisy in the afternoon …I didn’t have much hope for getting any sleep at night so stayed somewhere else. Broken toilet seat and on the 4th floor so a bit of a trek up stairs with no visable lift
Cheap and cheerful matched the price and was clean and seem to of had a refurb the room I was in as bathroom seemed fairly new and carpets and paint was fairly new in the room. Bed was clean.
The best value for money hotel. Bed was very clean. Room was a bit dated but did the job.
Walls are paper thin, you can literally hear everything
Only £50, which was the cheapest option in Leamington at the time. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. My room (No. 3) was basic and a little dated, but it was clean, functional, and perfectly suitable for my needs as a backpacking cyclist.
No complaints at this price thank you for looking after me and my bike.
Friendly staff, great location, good breakfast
I had a room facing the street in the afternoon sun during a heatwave and it was blisteringly hot. A fan would've been handy.
Cheap and cheerful, don't expect luxury at the price
Room was rather grubby and as others have mentioned, my bed had minimal padding
Location
The room was filthy. We couldn't stay. Was in the room less than ten minutes. Had to book another room. One bed was broken and the other you could feel all springs
Central location
The bar was a bit Wild West
