Pros:

Good location, good shower facilities, comfortable bed

Cons:

Very warm room, no fan unfortunately, and room was on top floor, unfortunately there was considerable noise outside from local people out drinking

Never again!

Close to the town and to the Warwickshire Gin company

Really dated and small rooms

Rooms on the lower floors ifs difficult to sleep due to loud music from pub underneath

We had 2 rooms, one had water leaving from room above into the light in our shower, other room TV did not work (no signal)

Paid for breakfast, menu said Gluten Free options, sausage sandwich came with deep fried.sausages that had been fried.with stuff with gluten meaning it was no longer gluten free. Good job I asked otherwise I would have been very ill. No refund given for not being able.to have breakfast.

Would happily stay there again, was perfect for my needs.
Pros:

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Made to feel more family than guest. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Ok for a cheap stay if your budget is lower end. Noisy main road and trainline effects sleep.
Pros:

Location was great, close to the centre, but you definitely get what you pay for in this instance.

Cons:

Very noisy due to being on a busy main road and also people shouting as they went past until the early hours. Just when it started to get quiet, the trains came as it is also right next to the railway line! The breakfast was just ok, it fit in with the theme of cheap and cheerful without too much cheer. 😔

Staff very friendly, new owners had only been in a few weeks and were working very hard to improve the stay.
