Good location, pool was nice, staff could do with some customer service training
Pros:

The pool was lovely. A welcome bonus after a long bus journey from Ksamil. The pool towels weren't easy to find.

Cons:

The lady did not offer a warm welcome when we arrived. She treated us like we were an inconvenience. Also, a friend, who was travelling solo booked a room, paid less and had a much larger room.

Our room was on the same floor as the pool so it was very noisy when we went to bed. Would definitely recommend taking ear plugs so you can get to sleep.

A lovley hotel with a great rooftop bar and pool.
Pros:

This is a very pleasant hotel, that is not too big, just outside the centre of Tirane. It was easy to get there by taxi from the airport. You could walk to the centre in cooler weather but we used taxis to and fro - quite straightforward. The hotel is in a nice area with several good restaurants nearby.
The hotel itself was lovely. We had a slightly bigger room - great. The staff were helpful and the rooftop bar and pool were the stars of our stay.

Cons:

I can't fault anything.

Pros:

Heel netjes, grote kamer, heel groot bed, zelfs 2 (kleine)balkons, ontbijtbuffet is top. Leuke bar boven op het dak. Zwembad geen tijd voor gehad maar wel een pluspunt. Is 25 min lopen naar grote plein, echt geen probleem. Taxi via hotel bestellen naar luchthaven is ook fijn.

Cons:

Soms wat rioollucht.

Beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool and terrace bar! Highly recommend.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel on the outside. Feels quaint and fancy on the inside. The pool and terrace bar are excellent amenities. We had to leave very early in the morning so we weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast so can’t comment on what that is like. The room was clean and has a comfortable old world vibe. Would definitely stay again. Good value for the standard of hotel and amenities.

Cons:

The bed was rather firm and the air conditioner didn’t cool the room well at all (also I realize that’s not uncommon in Europe)
