Muito bom!!!
Pros:

O hotel é uma graça, muito bonito e confortável ! A equipe do hotel e o Capitão são atenciosos, gentis e muito simpáticos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. A estadia seria perfeita, se não fosse pelo fato do nosso primeiro quarto está com um ninho de baratas
:(. Mas acredito que eles resolveram o problema e com certeza se não fosse por isso seria tudo 10!

one week was not long enough.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, rooms nice size with air con, a comfortable bed, TV & refrigerator. Plenty of choices in the continental breakfast. 2 minute walk down to the superb beach, which also had a food and drink service from the restaurant adjacent. The hotel bar is very popular and the hotel is close to the pedestrianised street with bars, shops and restaurants.

Great hotel with super friendly staff .
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and breakfast was plenty to choose from. The location is great and just 2 minutes walk from town centre .

Cons:

The bathroom is in serious need of updating . The shower curtain wasn’t long enough and therefore the floor was constantly soaked . The sink was that old the it had lost it’s shine . And the tap was difficult to turn off.

Soggiorno rilassante e felice
Pros:

Captain's House non è solo un hotel con un bar di fronte ma soprattutto un'azienda familiare che ti avvolge di attenzioni. La simpatia, la disponibilità del Capitano, di suo figlio e del persanale tutto ha reso la nostra vacanza unica ed indimenticabile, tanto da valutare un ritorno. Perchè a questo si unisce la posizione favorevole: Skala ti consente di rilassarti e di vivere attimi di pace con la natura anche nel periodo di alta stagione, con la possibilità di raggiungere tutte le più belle e famose spiagge facilmente. La colazione: di tutto di più!! Yougurt greco e miele di timo di alta qualità, dolci e frutta feschissimi, frutta secca di ogni tipo, formaggi e salumi per gli amanti della colazione continentale buonissimi. Insomma: se si è a dieta, è un problema. E il loro bar di fronte: cocktail favolosi, dai mille colori. IN PIU': pensavo di dover avere un problema all'auto proprio il giorno della partenza: l'apprensione e la prontezza di darci aiuto ci ha fatto sentire protetti.

Cons:

Se avessero un parcheggiuo privato sarebbe il non plus ultra ma il posto di fronte è al 99% subito garantito, al 100% garantito dopo l'una di notte. E d'estate si può attendere...

One of the best experience in general from our holydays in Greece.
Pros:

Breakfast included and just fine, It is just 50 m to the beach, the room and the whole object is perfectly clean ...
The rooms at the basement are indeed well equipped and for the whole stay we did not needed Air Conditioner at all.
I would definitely come back at this place in the future ...

Cons:

We did not find anything worth complaining during our stay ...

Unacceptable rude behavior by the owner
Pros:

The room was clean and the cleaning lady Artemis was the only polite person in this facility.

Cons:

The room is absolutely not as described in the booking photos. They are currently renovating the hotel which is very old (according to the owner 40 years old) but the majority of the rooms and especially the bathrooms are not renovated. The shower cabin was extremely small that we couldn't fit in there. When we mentioned that the shower is not as depicted in photos and asked for another room the answer was that the other rooms are even worse. The door of the room was not closing properly unless pushed with force. The refrigerator was very old, filled with ice and extremely noisy. The window blinds couldn't be closed unless extreme force was applied.
Regardless of the conditions of the room, the worst unacceptable part is that when my female partner politely complained to the owner about the room problems the answer that she got was "hey girl, you break my balls, go find another 5star hotel if you don't like it".
These people don't deserve being in service and the rooms are definitely not worth 120euros per night.
We are greeks and these people are a disgrace go Greece and its hospitality. It's the classical tourist trap.
