Location good.
Quite basic.
We liked the friendly 24 receptionists, that there was an old fashioned door key, no digital locks that expire way before checkout. The location, setting and comfort levels were excellent value for money. Will definitly stay there again
Nothing
Great location. Compact room but everything you need. Nice bar/breakfast room. Perfect for our overnight stay.
Shower room tiny!
Location, breakfast
Single beds a bit small
Great location
Too many stairs!
Great service and breakfast and sweet hotel
Nothing
Wonderful (small) hotel in a great location. Very attentive staff, great breakfast and lovely rooms. Very clean and with a new modern bar and breakfast room. I've stayed a couple of times and will always come back. Highly recommend!
Just a lovely friendly vibe
Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Good location.
Room was very small. No air conditioning meant opening windows to regulate temperature and made it a little noisy from the seagulls.
街の中にあり観光に便利な場所
トイレの調子が悪くヒヤヒヤした。
Beautiful place. Great staff. Breakfast and bar excellent. Perfect location
Sadly because the hotel is from a beautiful old house there is a lot of noise. You can hear the people above you and next to you walking around. My room was second floor towards the street and starting at 6am there is a lot of noise from traffic and people
The front of house staff during the day were friendly and incredibly helpful. Good location.
I've not left a poor review before, however I feel I should so that others don't making the same mistake of booking here and expecting a reasonably priced stay, or a good nights sleep. My room was on the first floor next to the stair case, and two of the three nights I was woken up by the duty member of staff who made significant levels of noise from 4am- 6.30am (This was to set up a minimial breakfast selection as the kitchen was out of use). From what I could see, few measures had been made to sound proof the room that can be taken- even for listed buildings- and whilst it's understandable that one may hear noises from guests walking past- to also be woken up consistently by a staff member does not seem acceptable. The lack of sleep affected my experience of the event that I had travelled to St Andrews for, and whilst there's an understandable premium for the central location, the price for this stay vs the experience was not worth it.
Great location, beautiful old building right in the middle of St. Andrews, great breakfast.
A little on the pricey side, like everything in St. Andrews. Undergoing renovations but not really an inconvenience.
