The renovated bar and breakfast areas and rooms are beautifully done. Cozy and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Easy parking.
This is a small cozy hotel in the middle of St Andrews. The staff are very friendly, helpful and provide an excellent service. The hotel is popular with golfers given its central location and it is well-positioned to see the town of St Andrews and its sights as well as being close to a good selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. There is a good breakfast service with a wide range of choices included in the stay. My plans had changed and I had two separate bookings with Booking.Com but on contacting the hotel they were able to put me in the same room for both saving me a move and checking out and back in and couldn't have been more helpful with my request

La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée était trop bruyante : proche réception et restaurant en dessous. Nous avons demandé à changer et avons été installés au 1er étage. Beaucoup mieux : chambre plus cosy et calme.

We liked the friendly 24 receptionists, that there was an old fashioned door key, no digital locks that expire way before checkout. The location, setting and comfort levels were excellent value for money. Will definitly stay there again
