Pros:

マッターホルンビューにして本当に良かったです、晴れた日はよく見えました。
また、朝食も種類が多く、生ハムやチーズ、コーヒーを楽しめて満喫しました。

Cons:

スパの営業時間が短め、もう少し遅くまでやってると嬉しい。

Séjour familial avec bébé.
Pros:

Situation idéale, personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner exceptionnel, chambre avec balcon et vue sur le Cervin !

Cons:

Literie : matelas très mous et oreillers mous voire insignifiants . Pour moi qui aime une literie ferme à très ferme c'est vraiment un problème.
Wellness: on découvre sur place que l'accès n'est autorisé que nu.e. Ce devrait être précisé sur Booking. J'avais choisi l'hôtel pour ce Wellness et finalement nous avons renoncé à cause de ce critère. Si cela avait été annoncé dans la description des équipements, j'aurais réservé ailleurs.

Very expensive, breakfast was good.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and beds were comfy.

Cons:

The lady behind the desk was very rude to the people checking in whilst we were waiting to check out. There was an obvious language barrier and she wasn’t being very patient, especially as they were about to pay over 600CHF for two nights. I would not accepted being spoken to like she was to them. The hotel is VERY expensive but everything in Zermatt is.

마테호른이 창 너머로 바로 보이는 너무 멋진 뷰가 최고였어요 테라스에서 차마시면서 감상했습니다 객실 슬리퍼도 주고 물도 지하에서 떠올수 있고 조식도 너무 맛있고 방도 따듯하고 좋아요 미리 얘기하면 셔틀서비스도 저녁5시까지는 사용 가능하다고 합니다 너무 편했어요

The perfect place to stay
Pros:

It was in the perfect spot, not realizing it, but it was. It was right next to where you could take the picture of the Matterhorn when the sun rises. It was right by the bus stop. You just take the public elevator down, which is just across the street. Their breakfast is amazing. The people working there are amazing. If I come back, I would stay there again. And I love the red slippers.

住宿品質非常高 飯店提供來回的接駁車降低了很多的負擔

一定要訂馬特宏峰景觀房 環境乾淨整潔 照片跟實際房間完全沒有落差
