Pros:

I liked the poximity and ublimited access to the pools, definitely the biggest advantage of this hotel. Food was also very tasty, we all enjoyed it a lot also staff was nice. The room was spacious and had very nice view from the balcony.

Cons:

The furniture itself is quite used, beds are making noise when you step out of it, movable furniture has scratches and bits of top layer missing. Curtains were also in moderate condition in parts where windows can entangle. The bin was also in bad shape (the lid was crushed). Wallpaper on some parts starting to peel off. If these things were fixed, I would definitely rate the hotel with maximum.

Bardzo udany pobyt, na pewno tu wrócimy.
Pros:

Dostęp do basenów, również w dniu przyjazdu i wyjazdu, smaczne śniadania i kolacje, wygodne łóżka, przytulny pokój.

Top welness. Příjemné recepční. Nejvíce nás zaujal výkon servírky na večeřích (Katarina) oproti ostatním máte objednané pití během pár vteřin s usměvem a ještě stíhala sklízet nadobí. U ostatních to trvá o xx minut déle nebo si musíte zajít objednat na bar. Dále nás potěšila starost uklízeček. Každý den se přišli poptat zda máme vše. Celkově hodnotím pobyt jako skvělý zážitek. Určitě se někdy vrátíme

Mountain View - wspaniały widok na góry
Pros:

Jedzenie HB świetne, obsługa mówi po angielsku i zazwyczaj też po polsku, widok z balkonu hotelowego na góry jest niesamowity, w dniu wymeldowania dostaliśmy opaski na całodniowy pobyt w Aqua Parku wliczający strefę Wellness. Wody termalne - bardzo ciepłe, w zewnętrznym basenie relaksacyjnym i siedzącym przyjemnie było spędzić czas w majówkę przy temperaturach powietrza 14-19 stopni C.

Cons:

Internet jest powolny, o ile sygnał WiFi jest silny, o tyle sama prędkość łącza jest wieczorem maks. 5 Mb/s, a co chwilę spada w okolice 0.1-0.3 Mb/s, co skutkuje trudnością np. w obejrzeniu filmu na YouTube przed spaniem, co chwilę się zacina, nawet na najniższej jakości obrazu. Usługi grania w chmurze (np. Xbox Cloud Gaming) jest praktycznie bezużyteczna przy takim słabym łączu.

Oboje z mężem jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu i będziemy wracać.
Pros:

Śniadania zadawalające każdego gościa. Duży wybór dań ciepłych i zimnych w formie bufetu. Miła obsługa. Baseny super. Świetne miejsce do odpoczynku.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem jest fakt ,że wszystkie napoje do obiadokolacji ( łącznie z wodą ) są płatne.

Baseny cudowne, duże, różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Animacje zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Śniadania i kolacje serwowane w formie bufetu może nie były bardzo wyszukane ale smaczne i na pewno każdy wychodzi najedzony. Do każdego śniadania różne owoce i możliwość zrobienia swieżo wyciskanego soku. W obiekcie cudowne sauny i dostęp do siłowni.

Cons:

Bar który serwuje dania na wagę przy basenach niestety obniża ocenę obiektu. Dania sztuczne i niejadalne 😐
