The health and spa center is very good.

Cons:

We ordered and paid in advance for an extra bed in the room. The request was confirmed and the charge processed beforehand, yet when we arrived at the room, there was no extra bed... At dinner, we asked for a pitcher of tap water. We were charged 3 euros... It was only when we asked if the pitcher cost money that they admitted, "A mistake was made; we will cancel the charge to the room." It left an unpleasant impression of an attempt to rip off the customer. Aside from that, the hotel facilities are good, and the hotel is decent—even a bit better than that.

Fajne baseny ale jedzenie słabe.
Pros:

Duży, wygodny pokój, duża łazienka, czysto. Fajne baseny i zjeżdżalnie (w weekend duzo osób).
Na baseny można dojść wewnętrznymi przejściami w szlafrokach co jest bardzo wygodne (choć droga długa i kręta)

Cons:

Bardzo twarde łóżka, dostawka z pomarszczonym twardym materacem. Klimatyzator w ogóle nie działał, spaliśmy przy otwartym oknie - do 7 jest w miarę cicho.
Brak lampek do czytania przy łóżku.
Na balkonach można palić, co nam przeszkadzało (smród papierosów od sąsiadów). Najgorsze jest jedzenie: niesmaczne i uzupełniane rzadko (tlusto, mięso). Nigdy nie wiesz czy doniosą. Do obiadokolacji napoje płatne, nawet zwykla woda w dzbanku - 3 eur.
Widok na góry w Mountain Viev częściowo zasłaniają wysokie drzewa.

Bardzo udany pobyt
Pros:

Piękny widok z pokoju (5 piętro), bardzo dobre, urozmaicone jedzenie, świeże owoce. Dużo atrakcji dla całych rodzin (zadbane, ciepłe baseny i zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci, strefy saun bez dzieci, baseny dla wszystkich, strefa spa, bilard i rzutki za dopłatą, ale w normalnych cenach, tarasy widokowe, boiska do siatkówki i piłki plażowej itd). Pomocni pracownicy. Bardzo duży pokój rodzinny. Mimo, że hotel nie jest nowy czułam się tam bardzo komfortowo.

Dostęp do Aquaparku. Spiska Sobota 12 minut spaceru. Sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy. Ale właściwie nie ma potrzeby wychodzić z hotelu.
