Agréable
Pros:

L’hôtel est un peu excentré et dans une zone industrielle mais le infrastructures et les jardins sont très agréables. Le restaurant et petit déjeuner sont plutôt bons. La décoration de l’hôtel est faite avec goût et les chambres confortables

Cons:

L’entrée au spa n’est pas comprise dans le prix de la chambre qui est relativement onéreux par rapport aux autres hôtels de standings de la région et facturé au tarif de 35 euros par personne pour 1h pour des infrastructures vieillissantes

Cons:

Not a child friendly hotel. I was forced to upgrade to Luxury room in order to have a child bed, while there was plenty of space in the room, and we didn’t need any extra bed, as the 5 year old child slept in her parents’ bed. Despite the fact that we booked and paid for 3 double rooms for our family over 2 days, the manager didn’t care about our frustration.
The hotel is outside the city center, requiring a taxi for tours in the old city.
Basic breakfast, substandard for a hotel in this category.

A great way to end our Camino! Excellent place to stay
Pros:

What a fantastic place to stay! Everything about our stay was excellent and a particular mention for the reception team, thank you.

Cons:

Cafe Baltesar was inconsistent and often slow. Some of the staff serving didn't seem interested and were simply just doing their job. The food choice could be wider as this is where we ate on both nights as the restaurant opening time of 8pm is too late for our preference.

Quita da Auga in Santiago de Compostella hotel does not deserve association with relais and chateaux brad.

We spent one night at this establishment with non-working air conditioning.  The temperature would not drop below +23C (75F) throughout the night in our room. We could not sleep.    
We took three time-stamped photos illustrating the temperature and the time photos were taken during the night. 
When we complained to the receptionist in the morning, they told us that it was our fault that we didn't notify them in the middle of the night of the issue.  According to them we were supposed to have requested repairs in the middle of the night!!!
We spent the night with open windows in the room full of mosquitoes.  

I requested to speak to the hotel manager and sent the hotel the time-stamped photos. I was assured that the manager would call me back..  

I have never received a call back.  Though we have already checked out, we went back to the hotel to speak to the manager.  
We spoke to Carla , Al quality manager   Who simply told us that the air conditioning in our room works fine , that temperature of +23 C (75F) is a standard temperature in the hotel rooms, that she did not need to see the time-stamped photos and we should be on our way.  

I tried calling Louisa, the general manager, and left a message with Andrea who told me that Louisa would call me back.  Nothing happened. 

We feel that our trust in Relais and Chateaux brand was betrayed.  
We were lied to about the functionality of the air conditioner in our room straight to our face. 
We were lied to about the GM getting back to us.

Heerlijk comfortabel hotel-restaurant in Santiago de Compostella. Uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Ruime luxe kamer met heerlijke bedden. Zeer compleet ontbijt en een restaurant voor fijnproevers. Terrassen en buitenzwembad completeren de luxe uitstraling. Parking met oplaadpunten voor EV.
