After the Camino we wanted a comfortable place to rest. The location was near to old town in a quiet part of Santiago. The reception staff was friendly and welcomed us to the property. Our room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and we slept well. We had an early flight so we only ate in the cafe and also via room service.

I liked the historical nature of the building. The staff were friendly.
The location was not great for me. Too remote and the staff was friendly but not equipped to handle the level of clientele. My taxi to the train station was 2 hour before my scheduled departure and they called at the last moment and said your car is here… There was another group from the hotel on the same train. We both were this was bad. The dinner fair at best and my appetizer was not edible. Why make the trip to some place outside the city for a fairly poor experience! Pool is beautiful but NOT heated…
This is a fantastic hotel located about 2.5 miles from the centre of Santiago. It has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Great spa. Great casual cafe for lunch or lighter bites and an excellent restaurant. The tasting menu and wine pairing is a special treat.
Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The ambiance and hospitality were outstanding. We ate one night at the restaurant which was a high note of our stay. The only thing negative was the fact that there are very few taxi available and the property is about 20 minutes away from the center of town, the staff tries their best to schedule the taxis but you could be waiting about 45 minutes.
The hotel was really nice and very clean, the food was good
The service was very slow - it took over half an hour even to be given a menu at supper. The spa was disappointing. Massage was not as advertised.

Everything was absolutely phenomenal! I booked this hotel for a surprise trip to propose to my girlfriend, and the staff went above and beyond to help me organize everything perfectly. From the exceptional service and the comfort of the room to the stunning grounds, fantastic restaurant, and relaxing spa — everything was truly top-tier. (And she said yes!)
