Das Zimmer, das Personal und die Lage sind sehr gut. Wie es bei zentralen Lage zu erwarten ist, gibt es keine Parkplätze und die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind teuer.

Het ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid in vergelijking met andere hotels, maar de kwaliteit was goed en er was genoeg keuze en variatie.

Cons:

Pros:

La cama muy cómoda. La cafetera y hervidor en la habitación un puntazo. Tuvimos que pedir aumento de la temperatura en la habitación ya que hacía frío al estar en el bajo y al momento desde recepción nos lo gestionaron.
Desayuno variado pero como sugerencia una tostadora para el pan.

La habitación estaba en el bajo y las vistas eran a un muro y hacia frío.

Great place with very friendly, helpful staff, easy access to points of interest,shopping and restaurants.
Pros:

We had to change rooms because the air con was not working in the first one.

Great location and a comfortable, quiet room
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, ideal for most places in the centre and for public transport, yet the room was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was a good size for a couple of nights, and had a comfortable bed. The hire bikes were good quality. We had a great stay.

Cons:

The movement censor-controlled light in the bathroom was a pain in the night, impossible not to illuminate the bedroom as well.

Kamer goed, bed goed,volgende keer gaan we voor een ander hotel.

De locatie en de entree.

Cons:

Uitzicht vanuit de kamer op vuilnisbelt is niet leuk. Jammer genoeg was de horeca alleen open voor ontbijt. Ontbijt zelf viel ook tegen, dat kan uitgebreider.

Leuke locatie, mooi gebouw, mooie ontbijtzaal, lekker ontbijt

Cons:

Het bed was niet zo comfortabel. Jammer dat er geen werkende bar is en geen foyer of andere ruimte om te zitten buiten de hotelkamer.

Purtroppo, ben poco. La seconda camera assegnata, nonostante le dimensioni estremamente ridotte, era nel complesso accettabile.

Cons:

L’hotel è decisamente obsoleto, poco curato e assolutamente non all’altezza delle aspettative per un 4 stelle. La colazione è scadente e il personale si è dimostrato poco gentile, per nulla disponibile e scarsamente attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.
Al mio arrivo mi è stata assegnata una camera nella quale non funzionava l’aria condizionata, la finestra era rotta e il telefono non funzionava. Dopo aver richiesto il cambio, mi è stata assegnata una stanza al secondo piano, tutto sommato accettabile, ma estremamente piccola, tanto da rendere difficoltoso persino muoversi al suo interno, con un armadio minuscolo.
L’aspetto più grave, tuttavia, riguarda la pulizia e il servizio. Nonostante avessi espressamente richiesto il rifacimento della camera, il personale si è rifiutato, rispondendomi testualmente: “No, perché lei domani va via, quindi non la facciamo.” Una risposta inaccettabile per una struttura alberghiera che si vanta di essere un 4 stelle.
Non erano presenti neppure gli appositi dispenser con il sapone, tanto che sono stata costretta ad acquistarlo personalmente per potermi lavare. Le tazze utilizzate per il caffè sono rimaste sporche per tre giorni, i cestini erano stracolmi e gli asciugamani non sono mai stati sostituiti.
Trovo inconcepibile che un hotel possa offrire un servizio tanto carente, soprattutto sotto il profilo dell’igiene e dell’attenzione al cliente.
Esperienza estremamente negativa. Struttura assolutamente da sconsigliare.
