Fantastische lokatie!
Mooi authentiek hotel, goed bed en moderne badkamer. Waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat.

Cons:

Toiletartikelen zijn wel erg karig, kleine flesjes voor 1 persoon (slecht voor het milieu).

Beautiful room, the 2p bath was GREAT, lovely service

Cons:

Huge TV ... that couldn't play Netflix, also quite some noise from the tram passing by (quite late / quite early)

The location is great, directly in the centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good, however rather basic.

The room smelled of sewage.
Pros:

The location could not be better -- right in the center of The Hague.

Cons:

The room smelled of sewage -- an awful pungent smell. I didn't change ask to change rooms immediately because I thought it would go away ofter the water ran in the bathroom. This must be an ongoing problem with the hotel because as I was checking out, I mentioned it to the front desk staff and before I even completed my sentence, she said, "Oh yes the smell." Why would they give a room out to a guest that they know has oder problems. It coloured my entire view of the hotel which frankly is a bit tired.

Mooi verblijf in het hart van Den Haag.
Pros:

Perfecte locatie! Vele bezienswaardigheden en toffe cafeetjes en restaurants op wandelafstand.
Bovendien tramhalte om de hoek.
Alle personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Alles heel proper.

Cons:

We hadden graag op voorhand geweten dat de bar en het restaurant gesloten waren wegens renovatiewerkzaamheden.
