Im komplett veralteten Hotel kommt keine Entspannung auf

Buffet war gut, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird als 4-Sterne-Hotel angeboten, die Ausstattung des gesamten Hotels, insbesondere der Zimmer entspricht aber maximal einem 2-Sterne-Hotel. Die Zimmer sind komplett veraltet, Handtuchhalter lose, Waschbecken voller Altersflecken, Betten und andere Einrichtungsgegenstände abgeschlagen, Kanalgeruch aus dem Abfluss im Bad, uvm. Dies ist kein Einzelfall, wir waren 3 Familien und wir haben in allen Zimmern das gleiche vorgefunden. Scheinbar gibt es im Hotel sanierte Zimmer, diese haben wir nicht gesehen, die alten allerdings unter 4-Sterne zu verkaufen, ist ein Frechheit. Die im Preis inkludierte Saune betrifft nur die Hoteleigene, welche ebenfalls komplett veraltet ist. Im allgemeinen Thermenbereich Terme3000 ist nur der Eintritt zur Therme inkludiert, für den Wellnessbereich ist eine Aufzahlung erforderlich.

besonders gut war die Lage und das "Schwarze" Thermalwasser. Man kann uneingeschrenkt Hotelbadeanlage benützen genau wie die von 3000Thermen. Es war alles sauber aber sichtbar alt.
Ausspeisung Saal war sehr sehr schön und Essensangebot war hervoragend.

Cons:

Hotel ist zimlich alt und unser Zimmer war wirklich renovierungsbedürftig. Es war Schimmel im Badezimmer und über Fenster/Balkontür. Tappeten lösen sich langsam von Wand ab und die Matrazen haben ihre beste Tage hinter sich. Es war denoch den Umständen entsprächend sauber.
