The Breakfast Buffet will be served in the villa Ulenburg or Villa Herzog.

It is possible to pay the hotel by credit card if this has been agreed beforehand.

There is no lift due to the historic staircase.

Beautiful location, close to city center yet feels like quiet suburbs. Very comfortable rooms with all amenities, including kitchenette.

Cons:

It would be helpful to describe check-in procedure in advance at Booking.com. When you arrive at the villa, you discover that the actual reception and check-in are nearby but in a different house. A bit confusing.

Noisy intoxicated neighbors who opened their window and played loud music, a strong smell of cooking in the hallway, very dirty carpets in the room that were unpleasant even to step on, and a lot of dust

Prima verblijf, rustig gelegen, netjes en perfecte uitvalsbasis Dresden te verkennen.

Het is een mooie villa, gelegen in een oude villawijk. We hadden een comfortkamer, erg groot met keukentje en prima bed. We hadden geen ontbijt geboekt maar haalde zelf broodjes bij een supermarkt in de buurt. Die hadden alles voorradig. Villa ligt rustig. Parkeren achter de villa, inderdaad via vrij smalle doorgang. Het is te doen maar even oppassen. Villa ligt aan een hobbelige weg. Sleutel ophalen bij nummer 3. Op 500 meter lopen is de tram naar centrum. lijn 11. openbaar vervoer is werkelijk prefect geregeld. elke 10 min gaat die tram. Uit eten: Ga eten bij PHU ANH aziatrische bistro. Werkelijk fantastisch!!!! Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar . Heerlijk eten tegen een zeer vriendelijk prijs. vers gemaakt. Ook deze ligt aan hoofdweg vlak bij de metro lijn. Aan de overzijde van deze straat vind je mooi bosgebied waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen. Kortom lokatie van villa is werkelijk perfect!!!

Cons:

Enige wat ik kan benoemen is gehorigheid in villa met name van bovenburen. We hadden net pech dat er mensen zaten die constant met meubels schoven. Met name in de ochtend om half 7 en gedurende de avond regelmatig.

Zimmer war in einer alten, schönen Villa. Das Bad ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sauber und passte zum Charme des Hauses. Insgesamt alles stimmig.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war einfach, aber okay. Für ein romantisches Retreat würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen; für den Geschäftstermin war alles okay. Ich hatte das Frühstück erst bei der Ankunft bestellt und musste daher in ein anderes Haus gehen; aber auch das war völlig in Ordnung.

Hidden gem in Dresden, super pretty rooms and friendly people.
Pros:

This place is a hidden gem! The rooms are so pretty, interior is exceptional. There is even a small garden. The location is perfect, directly on the tram so in 30 min you are in the Centre. There is even an historic funicular close by.

Pros:

Die wirklich zauberhafte Lage und das wunderschöne Objekt haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Anbindung zum Nahverkehr, um die Zeit in Dresden ohne zusätzliche Autofahrten zu verbringen, ist ideal. Sowohl die City als auch die nähere Umgebung zu Fuss sind somit sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein perfekter Ort um Dresden noch einmal von einer ganz anderen Seite kennenzulernen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
