Pros:

Hotel muy bien organizado, con personal muy amable, nos hicieron sentir como en casa.
Una de las encargadas hablaba además castellano muy bien, algo nada habitual en Kos.
Desayuno completo. Piscina limpia y con hamacas disponibles.
Buena ubicación en una zona bastante tranquila y a un paseo corto del centro..
Aparcamiento fácil.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación falló algunos días.

Struttura perfetta
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tuto di questa struttura, ho soggiornato da sola con il mio bambino e lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. La vicinanza della struttura al centro città, la zona molto tranquilla dove è ubicato, il parcheggio libero posizionato davanti all'hotel e la colazione fresca ed abbondante. La struttura ed il personale hanno pianamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, in centro e a soli 10 minuti a piedi da Kos Town.
Molto bella la piscina.
Il personale è cordiale, gentile e disponibile.
La colazione è accettabile, ma sicuramente migliorabile: i prodotti sono di qualità piuttosto bassa e in gran parte confezionati.

Cons:

Gli arredi sono vecchi e i materassi dei letti scomodi.
Le camere sono piccole.
In bagno manca la tenda nella doccia e lo specchio sopra il lavandino è posizionato troppo in alto.
La pulizia, così come il cambio degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola, è da migliorare.
Sarebbe utile avere sul balcone qualche filo per stendere i panni e delle mollette.

Muito limpo e funcionários solícitos !

Infelizmente são alguns pontos muito negativos:
1- A cama era velha e extremamente desconfortável…. Muito muito ruim mesmo!
2- as paredes pareciam um papel, dava pra ouvir tuuuudo dos outros quartos, tivemos ainda a má sorte de ter um grupo de meninas jovens no quarto da frente e até ela vomitando no banheiro de madrugada eu escutei. Horrível, mto barulho, dormimos mto mto mtoooo mal a semana toda :/
3- terceiro e ultimo: teve um dia que estavam arrumando alguma coisa e ficou sem água, mas não foi avisado, eu tinha q tomar banho pra sair e não tinha água, voltou no mesmo dia porém queria que tivesse avisado avisado pra eu me programar

COME A CASA!
Pros:

Posizione super comoda 5/10 min a piedi sei in centro ma già nella via parallela dietro l’hotel iniziano i vari negozi da visitare e il parcheggio di fronte é un gran punto a favore se noleggiate la macchina noi abbiamo trovato posto a qualsiasi ora, la colazione è fresca e secondo me ottima cé tutto l’indispensabile le altre recensioni che ne parlano negativamente magari la confrontano con un hotel all inclusive
