Posizione centrale ideale e a soli due minuti dalla fermata della navetta Airlink 100 per e da dall’aeroporto. Il nostro appartameto (19-2) era spazioso e arredato con gusto, La cucina disponeva inoltre un forno che aveva la funzione microoonde, a disposizione c’era un bollitore, un tostapane e una macchina caffè con capsule originali Nespresso. Incluso nel servizio quotidiano c’erano 1bottiglia di acqua minerale naturale ed una frizzante e due cioccolatini Mashmallows. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e molto disponibile.
Excellent food choice and service
No complaints whatsoever
The position was perfect with easy access to the trams and easy walk to the attractions .The Huxley restaurant on the ground floor provided great food and drinks .The decor of the hotel’s public areas and rooms was lovely .Above all it was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful .We loved this hotel and will stay there again when we next visit.
Initially i was concerned at there not being parking however the NCP carpark is very close and you can drop off and pick up bags at the hotel so you don’t have to carry your cases to the hotel so it really isn’t a problem at all
It's an excellent hotel with nice, comfortable rooms and a great location. The staff were very nice.
The design and decor of the room was classy yet vibey. Everything was neat and fresh. The location was about a 15 min walk to the castle but it was a nice way to explore the city. It is called "hotel and apartments" because they also have units that have 2-3 bedrooms with a kitchen--like apartments--for longer stays or if you're traveling with family.
The entrance can be tricky to spot because it looks like an entry to an apartment building rather than a "hotel". There is an elevator to the 2nd floor only (where there are rooms) and then you'd need to carry luggage to the 3rd floor rooms by stairs. Not a huge deal unless you have heavier bags (and many of them).

Location was great but still very quiet despite being city centre.
Seating was very low and a bit awkward to get up from.
Great location! Beautiful, stylish, large & functional apartment connected to the hotel so access to the Huxley restaurant for breakfast & bar & Kyloe for a steakhouse dinner & the speakeasy in the cellar for late drinks was great! Staff wear perfect! Very helpful & friendly & you get 20% off at all these spots if you’re staying in the hotel or apartments
The only thing i didn’t like was the hardwood floor creaked very loudly right in front of our bedroom (apt 19 rm 303) & that woke my family up when I entered the bedroom a few times
