Endroit parfait et de qualité, tranquille, prestations et personnels irréprochable et à l'écoute
Pros:

Le déjeuner était parfait
Le souper également
La chambre super, y compris le petit espace terrasse
La piscine et son service : Irréprochable
Les massages de qualité et avec un très grand professionnalisme
Le bus navette peu utilisé, car nous avons été à la gare à pied, mais utile pour les clients

Rien, car toutes nos demandes et nos désirs ont été réalisés

Perfect escape a few days rest and relaxation.
Pros:

A very relaxing property with a wonderful spa, attractive pool area and a very good restaurant with a great list of local wines. The spa treatments were fantastic. Perfect for a bit of R&R but very easy to get into Levanto or to the other Cinque Terra villages for a bit of sightseeing.

Cons:

A decent coffee pod machine (rather than instant coffee sachets) in the bedroom would have made a huge difference. Also no poolside bar service until 1300 every day which was a little frustrating.

The room are not well isolated and we could hear when the persons from upstaurs were moving things.

Great hotel to spoil yourself and not feel guilty
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, pool was refreshing after a hot day of exploring. The tiles could be improved though around the pool as pretty slippery. Paid for a bonus massage which was incredible. Staff really great, helpful and responsive.

Cons:

Too slippery around the pool. Refreshments and snacks too expensive at the pool. Considering how much it is per night there should be no need to charged 2 times the cost of an aperol in town. Pool staff a bit too grumpy with kids Considering how many families stay there.

Hotel is ok maar te duur voor wat het is…
Pros:

Het hotel was heel proper en iedereen die er werkte is ook heel vriendelijk!
De shuttle is ook een grote plus!

Cons:

Het is een duurder verblijf dus vind ik het jammer dat niet alles inbegrepen is of aan correcte tarieven.
Ontbijt is inbegrepen maar voor omelet moet je bijbetalen, een cola uit de minibar kost 6€, voor een aperol die in het centrum 6€ kost betaal je in het hotel 14€!!!
Ik hou hier niet zo van…
Ik wil gerust wat meer betalen voor een hotel maar is dan niet de bedoeling dat ik in een supermarkt moet inkopen doen om aan het zwembad aan normale prijzen iets te kunnen drinken…

Het hotel is ook goed onderhouden maar net als de rest van de streek, oogt het wat ouderwets en kan het hier en daar wat opfrissing gebruiken.

Ontbijt was ok maar wel elke dag identiek hetzelfde. Wilde je iets anders: betalen!

Leuk zwembad maar vooral omdat wij er ‘s morgens waren en dan in de namiddag vertrokken om te bezoeken. Meeste mensen doen dit omgekeerd waardoor het zwembad in de namiddag wel druk kon zijn.

Veldig fint hotell, bra frokost og meget bra renhold
Pros:

Relativt nytt hotell, fine rom, nydelig ute og bassengområdet var fint. Frokostbuffeen var innholdsrik, hyggelig personell. Stor bil tilgjengelig hele dagen fram til 23 på kvelden for kjøring til og fra sentrum, ellers greit å gå, ca 10 min gåtur ned, 15 min opp.
