Frokosten var god, men savnet mer frukt og grønt, samt gode, glutenfrie alternativer. Nydelig beliggenhet, enkelt å komme seg både til sentrum og til toget.
Hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Det manglet knagger til håndklær på badet, og det var heller ingen steder på terrassen for å henge opp vått badetøy eller håndklær. Burde vært et tilgjengelig tørkestativ. Savnet også et sted å sette fra seg toalettvesken på badet.
Savnet også litt koselig, svak belysning til terrassen om kvelden, det burde vært en liten bordlampe e.l.

Séjour parfait aux portes des Cinque Terre
Pros:

La chambre que nous avons occupée est très spacieuse, avec une belle terrasse et une très bonne literie. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose une très bonne cuisine locale. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est très varié avec d'excellents mets salés et pâtisseries confectionnés à l'hôtel. Le personnel est très serviable et aimable. Un plus très appréciable est la piscine et le centre de bien-être. Enfin, la proximité de la gare ferroviaire, à moins de 10 minutes à pieds, est très utile pour la découverte des Cinque Terre

Cons:

La gare, située en contrebas du domaine où se trouve l'hôtel, est un peu bruyante mais les portes-fenêtres de la chambre isolent très bien.

Staff was very supportive and helpful, and the spa services were fantastic and reasonably priced.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and the room was spacious. Its location in the hills above Levanto affords a tranquil feeling outside the bustle of Cinque Terre, while being easily accessible. Would gladly stay there again.

Cons:

Only minor ding was the average mattress, which was certainly passable.

Great location. Fantastic facilities- spa and pool. Comfortable bed. Big room with patio and fantastic views. Quiet. Great food - superb breakfasts. As someone who has coeliac disease, apart from one small mishap that was spotted as it was given to me, the hotel and staff catered for my needs. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus service on call from 9am to 11pm to take and pick up from town - brilliant service.

I wanted to extend my stay, but they were sold out
Pros:

Excellent location near the cinque terre with shuttle service to town center and the train station. Good breakfast, excellent staff at front desk and the restaurant. I would definitely come back and highly recommend as a base to cinque terre and neighboring coast towns.

Cons:

The shower area is very small. Otherwise, The rooms are very spacious with lots of storage options.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenfreien Shuttleservice zum Bahnhof und auch in das Zentrum. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch das Restaurant können wir für abends sehr empfehlen. Die Angestellten des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir waren in diesem Hotel auf unserer Italienreise, aber hier hätten wir durchaus viel länger bleiben können. Der Ort selbst ist sehr authentisch und ein toller Startpunkt für den Besuch der Cinque Terre. Die Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel sind hervorragend.
