The Tzoumerka area itself is absolutely beautiful, the hotel itself has a charming vibe it is surrounded by wonderful scenery. The property has a lot of potential and could easily be the kind of hotel described in the many positive reviews we had read. Unfortunately, during our stay, the reality was very different. We nevertheless very much enjoyed exploring this spectacular region.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very disappointing and did not match the many positive reviews we had read before arriving.
Based on our own experience, as well as conversations with other guests at the hotel, both Greek and international, none of us could identify a single aspect of our stay that matched the overwhelmingly positive reviews we had read here before arriving. We genuinely struggled to understand the striking gap between those reviews and the reality we experienced.
The standard of cleanliness was very poor. There was visible dust, and the bedding were not clean. These were not minor housekeeping issues, but basic standards of cleanliness that we would expect from any hotel, regardless of its category.
Breakfast was extremely poor and very limited, and some of the food and drinks served were simply not fresh. The orange juice had fermented, and the milk was spoiled. It is therefore particularly difficult for us to understand the numerous reviews describing the breakfast as “excellent”, “rich” or “varied”, as our experience was the complete opposite.
Communication was extremely difficult, as the staff members we encountered did not speak English, making even basic questions and requests unnecessarily complicated.
Also, Given the quality of the dinner we were served, we cannot understand why it is so frequently highlighted as one of the hotel's strengths in other reviews.
Families travelling with a large 7–9 seater vehicle should also be aware that both access and parking are extremely challenging, to say the least.
We arrived with reasonable expectations and are generally very easy-going travellers. We do not expect perfection, and minor inconveniences and even lack of basic communication would never cause us to write a negative review. However, cleanliness and fresh food are fundamental elements of hospitality, and unfortunately the hotel fell far below an acceptable standard in all of these areas.

ארוחת ערב יוונית אותנטית - מעולה..
התארחו רק לילה אחד.
מקום נחמד ויפה. יש מגרש טניס ובריכה.
הצוות היו סופר נחמדים ועזרו בכל דבר.
התארחנו כמשפחה עם ילדים והחדר היה מספיק מרווח.

Ruime kamer, goede verzorging.
Het restaurant was gesloten maar er werd voor ons gekookt en we kregen drankjes van het huis.
Het zwembad was niet in gebruik, geen water..

The accommodation has the potential to be very nice and pleasant but unfortunately there is a huge lack of management. It is located in a very nice place and has beautiful decoration. Ms. Irini who is responsible for almost all parts of the accommodation is very kind and with a smile on her face. She served us in the best possible way from the first moment. The rooms are quite spacious for a family.
Unfortunately the person who owns the accommodation does not seem to care about this. During our stay, which was a national holiday and the accommodation was full, there were only 3 staff members who were responsible for a fairly large accommodation with many amenities. Due to the lack of staff, the room was very dirty with technical failures (it smelled of damp and there was mold on the walls). Also, the breakfast area was very cold and quite dirty.
The hotel is amazing. The owners made us feel at home. Great breakfast, pool. We loved it.

המיקום בעייתי מעט.
המסעדות היחידות (2) נמצאות בכפר ליד 15 דקות נסיעה מפותלת, מסעדת המלון לא עובדת כל ערב ולא ידידותית לילדים קטנים.
המקום טוב, אך צריך לתאם ציפיות.
