Very good location, we had the best time
Pros:

The view on the lagoon was the best. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the game room especially for our child. It was so practical to go for dinner at this amazing restaurant just on the ground floor.

Cons:

The pool was a bit smaller than expected and not really accessible as we would need to go through the restaurant to access it. Our child couldn't really enjoy it.

Fabulous family friendly fun
Pros:

Had the most amazing time with my daughters (both under 10), they were spoilt by the staff and we had a wonderful time. The amenities were stunning, from the lagoon views to the chess board and the food at the Nest is delicious. Will definitely recommend.

Pros:

Staff did a superb job of welcoming us and making us feel right at home! View overlooking the lagoon is great!

Cons:

Although comfortable, the room wasn’t exactly as advertised. I’d confirm amenities with staff before arrival.

Lovely stay in Knysna at "The Loft's Boutique Hotel"
Pros:

Excellent location. Easy few minutes walk to a number of restaurants and waterfront for boat cruise. Rooms were comfortable. some were including ours was with a balcony and view of lagoon. Bathroom was clean and functional, little small but attached. We enjoyed beer while relaxing in the balcony. The restaurant and bakery located on
the hotel property - independent owners are also fantastic. Bakery confectionary pastries, cakes, croissant, breakfast and lunch sandwiches are absolutely delicious. Restaurant has a very interesting menu, very convenient and informal. Both recommended.
Service at both restaurants and hotel staff - reception. housekeeping, concierge were superb.
There is elevator FOR ONE UPPER FLOOR. There is a relax room downstairs with beer and soft drink, Outside sitting in good weather which we did not use because of weather and time constraints are also fantastic.
