Great spot, great hotel, superb staff, and a comfortable stay despite the inconvenience. Great value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is brilliantly, situated with magnificent views over the lagoon. Staff were warm and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was super convenient downstairs too. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Very low to no pressure in the water in the shower, some of the upholstery is looking a little bit tired on the chairs in the room I stayed in, carpets were a bit tatty. The ridiculously small bath seems like a lost good idea, situated with a view, but certainly not big enough for any average size adult to enjoy. No coffee machines in the room, meant you had to go downstairs even to help yourself at a coffee station. Not fun, walking upstairs, carrying a cup of coffee or two without a tray. Thank goodness the Restaurant saved me with fresh morning coffee.(a kettle is fine for tea, but I think we are well into the area of coffee pods and guest houses and hotels.) as an Interior Designer, I would enjoy consulting on the refurbishment of this fabulous hotel. It certainly doesn’t need much, but the essentials need to be right. I would return, but not without a Little reservation.

Pros:

This is a perfect little gem. Relaxed atmosphere, all details thought of. I just wished we stayed longer.

Cons:

Breakfast voucher doesn't cover the full cost of breakfast, I think you always end up paying a little bit on top of the voucher.

Very good location, we had the best time
Pros:

The view on the lagoon was the best. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the game room especially for our child. It was so practical to go for dinner at this amazing restaurant just on the ground floor.

Cons:

The pool was a bit smaller than expected and not really accessible as we would need to go through the restaurant to access it. Our child couldn't really enjoy it.

Fabulous family friendly fun
Pros:

Had the most amazing time with my daughters (both under 10), they were spoilt by the staff and we had a wonderful time. The amenities were stunning, from the lagoon views to the chess board and the food at the Nest is delicious. Will definitely recommend.

Pros:

Staff did a superb job of welcoming us and making us feel right at home! View overlooking the lagoon is great!

Cons:

Although comfortable, the room wasn’t exactly as advertised. I’d confirm amenities with staff before arrival.
