Great location
Pros:

I liked how kind the staff were, and it was a great breakfast. A very large variety of delicious things to eat. Also it had a parking lot less than a block away, very convenient.

Cons:

I can't think of anything, everything was wonderful.

Recomendable totalmente.
Pros:

El desayuno es espectacular como la vez anterior que me alojé ahí. La habitación super amplia, con cápsula de café, chocolate y agua de cortesía. La amabilidad del personal en el desayuno al igual que Marcelo el recepcionista es para destacar.

Adorei nossa viagem, recomendo ir a Santiago, Vinã Del Mar e Valparaiso.
Pros:

Hotel confortável, bem localizado.
Café da manhã excelente, com muita fruta e pães, doces de ótima qualidade.
Equipe prestativa.

Cons:

Alguns passeios que não atenderam a nossa expectativa.
Teve uma vinícola com muita propaganda, mas não foi o quer ofereceram no local.

O hotel precisa melhorar.
Pros:

Cama grande e confortável. Localização próxima aos principais pontos turísticos, porém o centro de Santiago a noite não passa sensação de segurança.

Cons:

Box do chuveiro vazava água para fora, inundando o banheiro. Ralo do banheiro não escoa água com facilidade, fazendo as pessoas pisarem numa poça o tempo inteiro. Centro de Santiago a noite não passa sensação de conforto. Café de manhã muito básico, com mesa de doces totalmente industrializados, que não motiva comer. Luz do ar condicionado faz com que o quarto não fique totalmente apagado durante a noite. Não vale o preço que pagamos.

Excelente ubicación, la cama es muy cómoda y el desayuno tiene variedad para elegir.

Cons:

1.- En el baño había un olor de agua estancada.
2.- La habitación estaba fría, no tenía mantas adicionales y la calefacción no funcionaba.
