La ubicación del hotel me encanto, fui con mi mama y realmente podes moverte caminando a varios puntos turísticos. La atención del personal un diez, el desayuno muy bueno también cenamos en el hotel y tiene precios razonables. Y quiero destacar que el hotel te brinda agua fría u caliento y soda gratis durante toda la estadía, q en mi caso como siempre viajo con botellita ese detalle me encanto nunca me lo habían brindado. Saludos

a mi parecer me hubiera gustado que en la habitación la luz no fuera tan tenue.

Funcionarios do restaurante muito atenciosos, quarto excelente, mas 0 segurança.
Pros:

O café da manha era bom mas nada de excepcional. Fui assaltado NA PORTA DO HOTEL, e nao fizeram nada a respeitoe, disseram para dar como perdido pois é algo comum para eles. Achei uma grande sacanagem, acho que o hotel deveria se responsabilizar e prestar suporte. Nao fizeram nada e fiquei com o prejuizo.

Cons:

Fui assaltado literalmente na PORTA DE ENTRADA DO HOTEL.

Very average overall. The rooms were adequate and met the basic requirements.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good, the room itself was adequate.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that detracted from my stay. There was no toilet paper in my room when I arrived, and although I reported this, it was only resolved after I followed up a second time.

The Wi-Fi was also very unstable throughout my stay, with my devices repeatedly losing their connection. This made using the internet frustrating and unreliable.

Both are fairly basic expectations for a hotel stay, so I was disappointed that these issues weren’t addressed more effectively.

La posizione strategica nel Centro Storico permettere di raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti la Plaza de Armas e la Plaza de la Constitución.
Ottima la colazione del buffet con vasta scelta.
