Okay hotel, but I would skip the resturant
Pros:

The location was very nice with many canals nearby.

Cons:

The staff was very nice, but the service in the restaurant (we had dinner in the hotel's restaurant) was a hassle from the beginning to the end. Regarding the food, there wasn't anything wrong with it, but it wasn't special in any way.

Pros:

De prima ontvangst, de hulpvaardigheid en kundigheid van het personeel en de goed geoutilleerde kamer (ondanks dat we wisten dat het een kleine kamer zou zijn) heeft onze verwachting overtroffen.
Genoten van het diner en ook het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Wij gaan er vast en zeker nog een keer naartoe. Franeker is zeer zeker de moeite waard.
