Alles in allem guter aber nicht außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war in fast allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und die Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen sind sehr gut der Wellness Bereich ist ausgewogen

Cons:

Leider habe ich hier wieder die Erfahrung machen müssen das Mann as Booking Kunde eher die zweite Wahl ist was sich eher in der Bereitschaft widerspiegeltlösungen zu finden

Toller Wellness Bereich, schöne Bar

Cons:

Fahren als Familie seit 10 Jahren ins Hotel, waren jetzt erstmals nach ca. 4 Jahren wieder vor Ort. Die Anlage ist immer noch schön, aber weniger persönlich als früher und hat insbesondere beim Abendessen ein deutlich schlechteres Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis als früher.

Can really recommend for a get-away into nature
Pros:

Really clean and beautiful property with a lot of attention to natural materials and luxurious comfort. The staff was very friendly and eager to make the stay as pleasant as possible. They also try their best with extra requests, which definitely deserves a lot of appreciation.

Cons:

The property is quite large and it’s a little confusing to get from one place to the other at first. It just takes a bit to get settled.

Mixed Feelings: Stunning Spot Marred by Construction Noise
Pros:

Our stay (I was here for the second time) had a lot of positives: the location is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views, the food was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, two issues ruined the experience:
First, there was ongoing construction work on a new hotel section right next to us. It started loudly every day at 6 AM. We were never informed about these noisy works in advance, which I find completely unfair—especially considering we paid full price with zero discount. For a hotel whose PR mention the word "ruhigkeit" in every second sentence, this was a big disappointment.
Second, the mini-fridge in our room only operated for a few hours a day, which is unacceptable in this hot weather. A note on the fridge stated we could request continuous operation. I asked the reception to do this twice (!), but the fridge kept turning off. As a result, the snacks from home we had prepared for our long hikes trips spoiled and went to waste.

The spa area is outstanding, with a wonderful selection of heated and unheated pools, relaxing areas, and wellness experiences designed to help guests completely unwind. Every detail has been carefully considered to create the perfect environment for rest and rejuvenation.

The service was professional, warm, and attentive, while the cuisine was one of the highlights of our stay. The quality, presentation, and creativity of the dishes reached a true fine dining level, making every meal a memorable experience.

Ein sehr toller, schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Einfach alles! Alles wirkt super durchdacht und man fühlt sich sofort wohl und mitten in der Natur! Das Frühstück und Abendessen war wirklich außergewöhnlich! Die Saunen und Pool war einfach richtig entspannend und toll und da stanze Personal sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Wir waren leider viel zu kurz da um alles so richtig genießen zu können. Nächstes Mal mehr Nächte!
