De prachtige kamers en het vriendelijke personeel
De communicatie vooraf liep niet soepel omdat we ivm een uitvaart maar 2 nachten konden komen ipv 4
Dit is niet goed doorgegeven.
De geautomatiseerde app berichten slaan nergens op als ze niet gelezen worden dat wij nog niet ingecheckt waren.
Wij hebben niet gegeten in het hotel vanwege de hoge prijzen.
Schön gelegen im ortskern von ballum
Lage. Ausstattung. Restaurant und Bar.
Bad hat am ersten Abend stark nach Abfluss gerochen. War nicht zum aushalten. Wurde am zweiten Tag behoben.
Wij werden uiterst hartelijk ontvangen en ook tijdens het diner leuk contact gehad met het personeel.
Het eten was uitstekend.
De fietsen stonden mooi overdekt en konden opgeladen worden.
Er hing een minder fijne geur in de badkamer maar dat hebben wij pas bij uitchecken gemeld en dat zal opgelost worden. Hadden wij misschien meteen moeten melden, onze fout dus.

The staff is super friendly and professional. Food is great quality and the rooms are spacious.
No insect screen so if you want to open the windows be ready for some extra guest in the room 😀 the lighting is cosy but a bit dark especially if you looking for something in your suitcase
