top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und phänomenaler Strand
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend! Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch frisch an der Cooking Station zubereitet. Das separate Restaurant ist sehr sehr gut und dort ist das Servicepersonal auch sehr freundlich und einem zugewandt. Das Hotel ist hundefreundlich und es gibt mindestens 2 Tische, an denen man mit Hund beim Frühstück sitzen kann. Diese sind zwar nicht im Frühstücksraum, aber direkt nebenan.
Der Strand ist phänomenal - weißer sauberer (!) Sandstrand.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad ist erst ab 10.00h geöffnet, so dass das morgendliche Schwimmen nicht möglich ist. Allgemein ist das Personal eher neutral bis desinteressiert. Für ein 5* Hotel eher ungewöhnlich... es gab aber auch glücklicherweise Ausnahmen.
Schade ist, dass am Strand die Mülleimer ab Oktober abgebaut werden, so dass man nirgends den Müll ablegen kann. Zudem, dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts (!!!), herrscht um das Hotel herum "tote Hose", wenn man mal fußläufig wonaders essen gehen möchte. Fast alle Geschäfte hatten geschlossen.

Bis auf das Personal im Bistro habe ich es geliebt

Eigentlich fast alles

Cons:

Besonders das Personal im Bistro war unmöglich! Frisch verheiratet, alles sollte schön sein, setz ich mich mit meiner Tochter dorthin. Sie wollte unbedingt ein Eis (Kinder sind obendrein etwas ungeduldig) und wir hatten Hunger und wollten auch etwas essen. Dort gab es zum Beispiel Burger, aber wir haben geschlagene 30-40 Minuten da gesessen, während des Personal mehrfach mehr als nur offensichtlich uns absichtlich ignorierte. Die Möglichkeiten für Kinder sind herrlich -es gibt allerdings ein Verletzungsrisiko im Bällebad. Dort sind die Schrauben unten an der Flankenbefestigung so dass die Metallwinkel hoch stehen und ein Kinderzeh im Strumpf dort sich massiv verletzen kann.(ich habe beim Spiel mit meiner Tochter mir fast den Zeh abgerissen und geschrien)

Pros:

Im Vorfeld hatten wir nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt. Leider wurde uns dann ein Zimmer über dem Eingang und zur doch lauten Strassenseite gegeben. Wir konnten dann jedoch tauschen und haben ein verhältnismäßig ruhiges Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war hell, gross und sauber. Die Möbel sind indiskutabel für ein 4 Sterne Haus.

Cons:

Im Wellnessbereich haben wir Ruheräume vermisst.
Das Frühstück war für ein 4 Sternehaus eigentümlich. Orangensaft sollte Extra bezahlt werden. Alternativ wurde gefärbtes Zuckerwasser angeboten.
