Everything! The views are spectacular, staff were amazing, facilities were perfect and the food was delicious
Nothing - it was perfect
The property exceded our expectations, the staff was very kind, the food was great, there was a wide variety at breakfast, rooms were tidy and clean, the view is breathtaking, they offer a free spa 1hour/day (1hr inside spa and 1hr outside spa)
Drinks in the bar weren’t that good (Aperol spritz, Martini wasn’t served as it should be), unfortunately the day we came the outside jaccuzzi broke down

A really beautiful setting. Gorgeous food with breath taking views across the lake. The position of the hotel means it gets the sun most of the day and into the evening. The outside sauna really is stunning, as it the swimming pool area.
The structure of the hotel meant that the walls are quite thin - the first room we were in was above the kitchen and it was really noisy. The hotel moved us for the rest of our stay, but we could still hear doors slamming and other people moving around.
The outdoor hot tub was in a breathtaking spot, but was really dirty and the water smelt really bad.

Lovely location with panoramic views of Lake Garda, though required a taxi to get there from Malcesine town (shuttle service limited to twice daily). Spa facilities and hotel are very good. Breakfast excellent. Menu for day time snacks and evening meal very good and reasonably priced. Staff very helpful and service good.

Hade önskat handfat i badrummet och inte inne i själva rummet. Stolar, sittplatser och krokar att hänga av sig ytterkläder och andra saker på.
Tolles Hotel in den Bergen mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Das Frühstück bietet eine super Auswahl und man hat einen schönen Blick über den See. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls toll.

Der Outdoor Jacuzzi war angeblich laut Personal erst kaputt gegangen - genau da, wo wir angereist sind. Allerdings war dieser innen drin so schmutzig, dass der ewig nicht in Betrieb war. Er wurde auch nicht repariert- großes Minus! Es wurde damit geworben & wir haben uns darauf gefreut. Ebenso finde ich es sehr frech bei den Zimmerpreisen noch extra 10€/Tag für das Parken zu verlangen, obwohl nebenan ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist. Parken sollte inkludiert sein. Auch gibt es keinen Fahrradraum, sondern nur unter einem Balkon ein paar Fahrradständer. Da hat keiner ein gutes Gefühl seine Tausende € teuren Räder stehen zu lassen.

The shuttle runs only twice a day at 11am and 5.30pm, which is slightly restrictive for those without cars, its not the end of the world. And for all.of the positives its a small price to pay
Between the staff, location and view..amazing facilities and spa....our best hotel stay in Europe by far.
